The Intuit website appears to not be very interested in selling Desktop TurboTax BUSINESS software. That is too bad, because it is the best tax software you are going to find for the small, to medium sized business, that still handles tax reporting, DIY. AND, I will never forgive them for dropping their 2025 support for Windows 10. That in itself is a warning that DIY Business Tax preparers better start looking around for a TurboTax BUSINESS Desktop Software alternative. That's a tall ORDER, brothers and sisters!

The UI is dated, and increasingly falling behind any modern standard. At times, when there are options to choose from, the documentation fails to provide recommendations. Since this is a tool for non-professionals, adding recommendations is really needed. There are also basic usability issues. For instance, in the 197 form, where you add assets. If all assets from last year were already deprecated in full (which is a common case), why show them at all? and if you already added them, why not have a Delete All button?

I have been doing the business tax return for a partnership return using TurboTax desktop software for 10 years. The TurboTax cost has stayed the same and the ease of use has improved every year. The figures automatically carry over every year to show your category figures for prior year versus current year. Helps you in providing feedback as you go in explanations of certain fields. Easy to Use an or figure it out.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 21 years doing mine and my family's taxes. I also use Turbo Tax Business for our salon. I have never had any problems and when I did this year the support person stayed on the phone for an hour until he got the problem resolved.

The questions made sense to me but anything I did not understand I needed to use ChatGPT to answer. You really need a built in AI that does this work for me. I am starting to wonder if I could just start with ChatGPT and do my entire return. You need to make it easier for me to get additional information on a question and entry

I did engage support and the staff was great. Patient & Professional. I also encountered an online scam reseller of your product which you should be aware of and go after with your lawyers. Your shift to a totally cloud based product and the continued increase in cost is criminal and I think it will backfire in the long run.

You need to make your desktop products and your online products communicate better. I used your online product last year to file my corporate taxes and you lost the return. I will not use your online product again for this reason, but expect for the money paid that both products would work together seamlessly!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for Business to file a return for an LLC for over ten years. It is fairly easy for the common taxpayer to use with the exception of the manual entry requirement on some forms. It is often difficult to see where (on a worksheet or form) to do so.

This is the last time I am using TT for any taxes! There are so many known glitches and errors it is ridiculous. Changes occuring after saving and finalizing, over rides to the question answers in the background, BAD
