As a business desktop user , it's difficult to get connected to a tax expert. This needs to be fixed, there's really no way to conect to a tax expert without having to go through product support first, it's a waste of time and this needs to be updated with an easy link to expert help for desktop users, just like the home and business edition has.

I use this every year and I don't know why. The price keeps going up and the features do not improve. The help feature does not answer the questions. The forms do not offer instructions in lay terms. Compared to the personal use products this fails. However, it does get the job done with a lot of time spent searching for answers outside of the application. The calculations are accurate. I wish they would make the interface more like the Premier version.

Issues I encountered are with the CA LLC state software. On the Members Summary page, SSN is displayed in members name. When printing the return to mail, "there are errors in your return, continue?" is displayed, but the review function does not tell you what is in error! Creating K1 documents changes to a folder different from the one you are working in.

Bearly usable still even at 2025. You still have to know 100% of the tax code to know if you've filled in everything correctly for your business. Took me googling to find where to jump to fiing an extension. Wasted 1/2 hr just on that simle step. You can jump to "other" and at the end is extention... :(

I had to create a bogus line item after hours of working with both the balance sheet and the income statement forms for the program because the math embedded in the program was incorrect. Then I had to pay another $55 for the state return when EVERY business is in a state. Another opportunity for Intuit to take advantage of a small business. Truly I would not recommend or use the product if I had more time.

Overall a fine presentation. I did experience a bit of frustration dealing with the final "ACCURACY CHECK" for the S-CORP shareholder BASIS. I received repeated error messages indicating I needed to "ignore" a particular entry box 13 which had a "0." pre-entered. The ACCURACY CHECK only offered FINAL APPROVAL after I DELETED THE "0." PRE-ENTRY.

Appreciated that Intuit-TurboTax decided to allow 2025 TurboTax Business - Desktop to be used on Windows 10. Note: Microsoft offered Windows 10 support for one more year (after announcing end of support for Windows 10). Not everyone can buy a computer that will support Windows 11 if their computer is not eligible/compatible for Windows 11.

Turbo Tax Business for Estate filing was disappointing. It did not allow electronic transfer of doc from banks or investment firms like it does in personal version. It is not as easy to follow nor does it have needed explanations along the way. I would not recommend TT Business for estate filings Nor does it have the require state filing software. For the price, should have went to professional

WHY CANT I EFILE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE HASSLE OF SIGNING TAX RETURN. AARP DON'T REQUIRE THE TAXPAYER SIGNATURE THEY TRUST YOU THT WHEN TAX RETURN IS TRANSMITTED THE TAXPAYER HAS SIGNED THE 8879. NOT EVERYONE HAS THE CAPABILITY TO DO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. LASTLY, BRING BACK THE DISK DON'T LIKE USING THE DESKTOP OR ONLINE VERSION. THANK YOU!

I use Turbo Tax because I am not an accountant, but have done my personal taxes using Turbo Tax for the past 10+ years. The Business edition is not very helpful because it seems like the user needs to know how to navigate the tax forms. Many of my numbers were not working out, and I needed to go into the forms page to override a number of entries. Someone who has never done LLC tax filings would have a hard time in using Turbo Tax. This time, I had a hard time dealing with a penalty I had to pay and rounding errors. It seemed as if everything was always off by $1. Also, last year, when I filed my LLC taxes, Turbo Tax withdrew from my account twice and sent it to the CA tax agency (Franchise Tax Board). Not sure why it did that. So, this year, I made sure that my checking account information was not on any forms and that I would manually send in a check. I would only recommend Turbo Tax Business if the business owner knew how to file taxes and use Turbo Tax as confirmation.
