After all these years the product hasn't been updated with new features or functionality to make it user friendly. It is still only available on Windows. I am an Apple User. I have a PC I use only for doing taxes each year. I am sure with advances in AI this will be my last year using this product. The help feature is useless.

No means by which to connect my Quickbooks Online information to file on the Turbotax desktop, had to complete the filing information on turbotax online and then transfer manually to desktop. Called customer service, no way to just submit through turbotax online without being double charged. Called multiple times and tried to escalate, "no one had the authority to help me".

I am beyond frustrated with Turbo Tax. We had to file for our LLC, a C-Corporation and our personal taxes. When I went through the online tutorial it said we needed the desktop version for all three. I had to amend our personal return, purchase the business instance of the desktop version. It was a completely different experience than i am used to with Turbo Tax. I don't understand why there isn't a better experience for C-Corps.

I have used Turbo Tax for our personal and business tax return preparation for over 30 years (14 years for our business; over 30 years for our personal taxes). I have not had any issues with the multiple states we lived in during our 28 year military career, our federal returns or our business returns. It is a great product.

I am about as sophisticated non-CPA as will use TUBRO TAX for Business - 1120S. There were places where automatic features were selected for me, that were incorrect. The people on the phone were very helpful, but my guess is that I spent 6 hours unwinding automatic selections. In short, it isn't very user friendly. I also purchased the audit defense package which I hadn't planned to because I'm not all that comfortable with the software because I had so many issues with the software.

Always a great application to use for my taxes for my business. The quick forms make a lot of the tax confusion non existent. I do like that in the past when I needed support I could ask for help via the tools at hand. This year I've got it down and understand the app more without needing help.

Form 1041 Trust does not generate a Schedule F or any Forms required for Schedule F in easy answer or the form drop down menu. Schedule F, Form 4562 Depreciation and Asset Entry are only available under View, Forms, Schedule F. Then corrections have to be made from the previous year form.

I have been using TurboTax for Business since 2014 and it has been a rewarding, productive experience. I do not know, however, if you have done anything to improve the interaction between Quickbooks On-line and TurboTax for Business Desktop, because after trying a number of years, I ended up having to do manual downloading of data, because it was a nightmare trying to do it automatically.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I was using ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot to trouble shoot issues and both talked about Turbo Tax being glitch in the areas I got stuck. I had a lot of problems reconciling the balance sheet and retained earnings, and the solution was to override. I could not override in online version so had to go to the desktop version. Apparently it's a know problem for S corp filers. When I file online, i had ERO issues, and the only to file was to mail in a copy. This, after I spent more than an hour on a call with a customer service rep and tier 2 expert who could not solve the problem and did not seem knowledgeable. If I had known, I would deal with this I would have chosen a competitor.

The expert i 1st spoke to was horrible & had no idea what was going on. She was more concerned about having her music blasting i n the background. I asked her to turn off but she ignored me. Most others have are foreigners and difficult to understand.
