I had issues with my CT state tax processing for AlphaPrep that is designated a pass thru entity. I need to go directly to the state of CT to correctly calculate the allocation and PE tax credit. You software incorrectly stated that my payments to the state should be refunded

First year LLC I augmented your software with Chat GPT and to be honest I found the AI much easier to work with on specific questions. It was like having a tax accountant next to you helping with the filing. you might want to add this to the software especially for a small LLC paying $190 federal plus $55 state when I could just use the forms and AI and save these costs.

TT Business said I needed to complete a form 1045 but when I searched forms for a 1045 it said there was no form 1045. TT Business said I needed an update to e-file yet when i tried to update the update started but would never complete. I had to manually download update from TT site and install. Bad QC and testing. Also very expensive!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it to be the easiest software to use available. I do use it for my business and my family's personal tax returns. When I pay for the licenses, I don't appreciate being told I have reached my limit of 5 returns, when I have only filed 3 personal 1040s and 1 business return. I haven't even filed my own personal tax return yet & I better be able to use the license I bought or my review won't be so great!

Went through the entire online version to get to the end where it said the cost was $600 dollars I had to go back and redo my whole returns through this since there was now way to downgrade the online version since I did not use any expert help this year

I needed to amend my Federal and Virginia returns for a trust. TurboTax would not file the amended returns electronically. So I had to print and mail the paper returns. Also, when TurboTax reviewed the state return it questioned the Tax ID and Trust Name 4 times, even though they had come over from the Federal return.

Love all the Intuit tax preparation products, including this one TurboTax Business for Desktop -- been using them for decades (literally). Only gripe this year is after saving the final results as a PDF (using the All Worksheets option), when subsequently viewing the PDF document Acrobat throws an error saying "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." I cannot detect any problem myself -- all the pages seem fine. But the error message is disconcerting and if there really is a problem then that is a pretty big "miss" from Intuit! Ok after writing the comments above I now have a second complaint. In this feedback form (which is a web page, not part of the desktop software package), I am typing into a text box that has five buttons above it. The buttons are labeled Accuracy, Compatibility, Features, Interface, and Support. These buttons started off with white backgrounds like they were not "selected." But as I type the buttons kind of randomly change between highlighted and not. Each time they change state the web page / form loses several of the characters I am typing. This is VERY VERY VERY VERY annoying ... and it is such a bad issue that it took me about 10 minutes type out all this text, rather than the two minutes it should have required. Please change this form so it does not change what users enter. We do not need a spell-checker for this kind of feedback and we certainly do not need any kind of AI tool trying to suggest what we are trying to enter and/or "correct" what we just typed.

The program is old, not online, and clunky. As a QuickBooks Online user, Intuit tries mightily to force me to use their new "Assisted" version for 4 times the price. I have been doing this without assistance for 10 years and don't need the assistance. They have been avoiding updating this program. Intuit needs to offer a non-assisted version of the online system.

I paid 50 for NC state return, but because it has a bug that has not been fixed i couldn't use it (It is well documented on the internet, the form forces special allocation of income inside and outside of NC even when the company doesn't have a special allocation.) I had to file using the paper copy of D403. There's no way to get a refund.

Schedule B-2 - I have a self-directed Roth IRA through a custodian FBO account as a member in multi-member LLC. There is no guidance on the eligible partner type code. I have chosen "Corporation" based on web search guidance, but it will be helpful if Turbotax provides an accurate guidance.
