I use this every year and I don't know why. The price keeps going up and the features do not improve. The help feature does not answer the questions. The forms do not offer instructions in lay terms. Compared to the personal use products this fails. However, it does get the job done with a lot of time spent searching for answers outside of the application. The calculations are accurate. I wish they would make the interface more like the Premier version.

I have used this for years and it has been very easy to use. It's always up to date and make the whole process very simple. One of the best features is the autofill of your information from the previous year's return. You can change or add information as you go along.

Everything went great except for the QBI Carry-over calculation that took an hour on the phone to resolve. Had to delete the K1 and re-enter it to resolve the phantom problem. First time I've ever encountered such an issue in 20 years. I tried the on-line help forums and chat bot. Was eventually referred to call a person and she was wonderful.

Turbo Tax assumes all instructions were self-explanatory, thus did not require to be placed in the information boxes. Basic instructions ONCE I found them! were lacking clarity. It was assumed that the user would automatically know an additional software, if compatible at all, was required to be downloaded, simply to print. When seeking "help" assistance, AI feature should provide accurate information or instructions, however, it showed canned answers that were irrelevant to help questions. Turbo Tax developed with AI required an additional 8 hours to figure out how to insert information, how to utilize the software features for accuracy. This was the most difficult software to use in my many years of using Turbo Tax.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use. It would review the numbers to ensure accuracy across all forms. The features were also addition to the filing process. Accuracy. Compatibility with my desktop were all highlights. The support from this platform was immense.

TurboTax Business needs the same brokerage transaction import functionality that normal TurboTax provides. I very much dislike having to enter each mutual fund and stock transaction manually into TurboTax for Business, instead of just importing them all at once like I can do using normal TurboTax

The product is accurate and easy to use. I have been using it since it was first offered (many, many years) and have not had any issues. The best part is how info carries over from one year to the next, saving a lot of time. Intuit software support does need to pay attention to their issue feedback as there have been some persistent issues with printing K-1s and Form 8825 that have been present for several years now and still not fixed completely. They need to fix reported items in a more timely manner. That is my only negative issue with TurboTax, otherwise, it's superb.

I use QuickBooks 2020. TurboTax won't read my QB file. Why? Why do you require a new version of QB? ALL YOU'RE DOING IS READING A FILE. I know why you do it Intuit. To blackmail folks into upgrading to your WAY OVERPRICED subscription model. Lame, so very lame. What a money grab.

The number were accurate and confirm with help of Quickbooks analysis and ChatGpt. The software work well with windows 11. no issues during the install and while i was using it.

Could not import data from bank. Errors are hard to understand and find problems. Does not total columns automatically. Does not fill in info from prior sheets. What it does is very basic. I'm longtime user of TurboTax for individuals which I find very good. This is far behind in comparison.
