The S Corp tax return does not have all the relevant information flowing into the correct forms, so it becomes confusing as to how to correct the forms. Examles are the 199A form, the related worksheets and the numbers in K1 in part 3 #17 which states "STMT" BUT THERE are no figures in the statement - which statement is it - statement A or 199A. it is not clear which figures to use in the personal tax returns. Also as i am using Turbotax for S corp and for personal tax return, you should have the from S corp flow into the personal return. There are difficult parts inthat section to know what num.bers to add in

Very disappointed this year in this version of TurboTax for Business. I nedo use this for a trust to crate a K-1 for my return, and I spent literally a week's worth of time trying to figure out how to work around missed inputs on the step by step and correct misakes in the forms to get this completed. Don't understand how my use of this software was so poorly coded. On top of that, had to wait about another week to get a correction on the TurboTax side for the state's electronic filing. Trying to figure out a better option for next year.

Have been using TurboTax for my LLC tax return for the past 10 year. I find it easy to use and like that it has my historical information so I don't have to repopulate the previous year's numbers. I also like that i can switch to Forms mode to see the actual forms.

This program has turned into a real stinker. It's constantly trying to upsell me for product enhancements that are irrelevant and unnecessary to my needs. The interface is clunky and good luck trying to do simple tasks (such as print out your state tax return for mailing). This used to be a great tool and now it's an onerous burden. TurboTax and Intuit need to quit spending millions (probably billions) by now lobbying Congress to make citizens' and corporate taxes difficult and expensive.

There was no way to attach my 990-B forms to the federal return. That required me to mail the returns in to the government which cost additional time and money on my part vs. e-filing. This funciton MUST be fixed or i will not use th product again in 2026.

You have made the forms too complicated. If I make a change on one data input, it does not carry over to other fields where that data is required. Instead of making computations, you show a long list of items required and often tell the taxpayer to fill out the form and make the computations. Instead of giving directions or filling in data, you includes screens that tell the Taxpayer to pay extra for advice.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE NO STARS. I USED TURBO TAX FOR BUSINESS FOR A C CORP. THE FEREAL RETURN WAS SUBMITTED WITH NO PROBLEM. THE NYS KEEPS TELLING ME THEY NEED ONE MORE THING BUT THEY DO NOT SPECIFICALLY TELL ME WHAT THE ONE THING IS. I KEEP GOING BACK EVERY TIME AND STILL CAN'T FIND WHAT THE THING IS THAT IS MISSING. I'M SO DISGUSTED WITH THE PROGRAM AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SEND IT BY MAIL. CAN YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM

way too many glitches. Continues to e an unpolished product. I've done three estates and a trust... and the estates dragged on for a few years. If I didn't have some background, it would have been a disaster. Things like: if you don't have a K-1 recipient, it doesn't understand. Deleting income sources from previous years is very clumsy as it retains the sources even though they were supposedly deleted. If an estate has continued for more than two years, there's a checkbox and you're supposed to give an explanation for why it is taking so long to settle. I had to "manually" create the form within the program, and only because I knew it was needed - I had not been prompted by the program. This is Simple stuff with a Simple estate. My complaints are not specific to current year tax changes. Even the creation of this review is aggravating as some cute AI that's built into the intuit site keeps clipping my words. Amazing. This is THE program for consumers, and is used for a very delicate topic, yet it is so poorly executed... year after year. I've tried one competitor, time for another.

I will say this has been the worst year filing taxes for me. The staff at TurboTax has been amazing but the product has been horrible. The new way to get a W2 for my S-corp through off my year and now I am filing an amendment but the product is inflexible.

I have been using TurboTax over ten years and it has not changed or improved a bit. Same clunky interface, poor intelligence about what is appropriate for each form and carrying over information to other areas of the return, poor help to understand how different elements of the return might apply to my situation. I use it out of necessity but it makes the tax preparation process even more painful than having to pay taxes in the first place. Several times the IRS has come back with a different amount due, so I question the accuracy of TurboTax's results. It's the only thing that makes me keep a Windows PC around - why no Mac or cloud version yet? Too bad they keep lobbying the government to keep the system complicated and private to juice their business model.
