In general the 1065 was easy to follow and understand. Please provide the option to e-file Kansas K-120S tax return. Or did I miss something. Checked support and found information regarding e-file issues regarding a couple other states, but nothing regarding Kansas.

This was a terrible experience! The program put me in an endless loop - explaining that one of the forms was incomplete, but the program did not allow me to enter the information in the form. I had to call support, and the support team member was able to overide the problem.

Good software but needs better search engine and help. I referred to ChatGPT many times to find IRS forms for specific topic and to get explanation of what technical term meant. Also asked Chat how to report various items. Would have been better to have an AI built into Turbo Tax

Clunky. When went back to change from e-file to mail got in an endless loop of must make corrections to continue. Also had trouble during purchasing process. Received email confirmation with license code but when I logged in the site had nothing from me to download. Error when I entered license code. Later in the day it was available for download.

Marilyn was helpful in working around an issue with 1099-B inputs. Checked box indicating reported to IRS, but software was not accepting. Had to Override to get the correct box checked. Then could not E-file due to the override. Had this same problem in 2023. Needs to be fixed.

Form 941 is not Intuit's best work. The way the software handles distributions is very problematic, especially how it "defaults" to last years distribution amounts. Also, the software does a very poor job of explaining how to handle distributions in excess of taxable income.

It needs to automatically save as you proceed , even on the desktop version. The program dumped me and I ended up having to rekey 75% of the data I had already entered. The chat/call with support showed me were to save it and did that after each part thereafter.

Great step by step instructions and help for most things but then when the error check finds an issue I feel like I'm thrown to the wolves with no background of what I'm being asked or where to figure out the solution/answer. Luckily I had very few issues in error check but it's frustrating how good the main software is and then at the last minute there's little support. TurboTax is still the best affordable way to complete complex taxes.

First, it took a while on your website for figure out which product I needed to purchase to prepare a F1041. I've purchased the same product for the last five years. Why not just let me click on my account and purchase the current year with one button? Second, extremely frustrated that I couldn't import income data on the trust return the same as on my 1040. It would have saved me hours!

Very easy to use. Have used TT for years with great results. Would have given the product a 5 Star review if only I could easily tell the difference between the online and download product options. I have always wanted to use the online version but noted the price was much higher than the downloaded product. Had to get to the end of the online version to note the price difference. Then started over on downloaded product. Would suggest the price difference is noted clearer upfront. Otherwise, love the product.
