TurboTax Business needs the same brokerage transaction import functionality that normal TurboTax provides. I very much dislike having to enter each mutual fund and stock transaction manually into TurboTax for Business, instead of just importing them all at once like I can do using normal TurboTax

This product makes doing the tax return (941) for either estate or trust accounts. There are explanations for various boxes that help you to choose the correct answer, including comments that something is not common. I am fortunate to have found this product, rather than paying a CPA to do these simple returns.

Always counter intuitive to get to K-1 adjustments per partner. GA IT Film Credit does not nee o be filed for everyone. When it doesn't need to be filed stop sending me through to fix errors infinitely! I simply delete the form so that I can actually file. And why not ask once for partner signature name, date o signing and SSN. Each error check finds another one.

There were quite a few errors that kept popping up that were software issues. I received error code 567810, "We're having trouble saving file to this location," numerous times. Even after following the troubleshooting recommendations, it still took multiple tries to finally get the app to send the taxes electronically. Also, there is always an issue with filing taxes for GA, especially when it comes to balance sheets.

I'm a professional trader and needed to use form 4797 to report my trading profit / loss as ordinary income. However, after hours of seemingly being forced to tie depreciation to the profit / loss, I gave up and just used "Other Income" to convey my ordinary income through trading. Can't you guys put a "no depreciation" option in there so professional traders can correctly report their profit / loss.

This was my final return for an LLP that had been using TurboTax for the past 25 years. We have retired the business and one of the partners is continuing as a sole proprietor. Neither partner bought the other out. The furnishings, computers, software, supplies had little to no value and TurboTax did not allow us to revisit our evaluation of the parts and change them to make sense to us and h IRS. On return review, there were errors that could not be repaired because I could not change the data. NOT GOOD for a novice closing a business.

If you can find any other program to use, do it. Or just pay a CPA. Trying to figure out how to file your partnership return with TurboTax will be a stressful event. Even if you buy TurboTax because you think you can import your Quickbooks file good luck. The one year I was able to import my Quickbooks file, I apparently had all the accounts mapped wrong for taxes and it was a nightmare to undo all of that. Basically, you hear that Quickbooks/TurboTax is the program for beginners and that's incorrect.

I've used turbo tax online to file for years and finally got the software because of a great discount. The fact that the online account is not linked to the software is very frustrating and not efficient. Reentering all the information that was stored online and tedious and time consuming.

The product quality continues to get worse. All of these later, you still don't provide a QuickBooks online import. The form availability is greatly delayed. Overall, I'm finally going to move to other products. Thanks for the nudge away from Intuit.

The product is outrageously overpriced for a small one owner s-corporation. I plan to just fill out electronic forms on my own next year and years to follow. Your software is NOT priced fair and reasonably; I can no longer justify the high price of this software anymore.
