I am happy with this product. I only wish it were easier to print forms before going through the entire e-file set up. I like to review tax forms as I work through the return. My return is fairly simple, not requiring complex tax calculations. The software is just right for my situation.

AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS PRODUCT, HOW COME IT NEVER GETS ANY BETTER ??? WHERE IS THE SIMPLE "GO BACK" ACTION BEFORE ACTION BEFORE ACTION - LIKE JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER CUMMULATIVE PROGRAM IN USE ??? AND WHY, IF DESIRED, CAN'T WE GET A DISK COPY OF THE PROGRAM ANYMORE ??? FINALLY, AS A LONG TIME USER, WHY CAN'T I ORDER IT WITH A SERIOUS DISCOUNT ???

First, there needs to be a Mac version of this software, just like there is for all other Turbtax products. Second, this software is needlessly complicated and uninformative for someone who has a vacation home held in a trust, with nothing but rental income and associated expenses. There should be an "express" simplified version for common trusts. Finally, many times on review the software will say that an entry is needed at a certain place, but it is not clear what information is being requested, and the software provides literally zero help in puzzling that out.

Multiple issues with TurboTax Business: 1) It cost more that other produce yet it will not download brokerage or bank information like the other products. I have a simple trust account and was required to use this version. (brokerage accounts is my only input) 2) Product has bug in it that I was unable to resolve after 2 hours of IT help. if 1099 DIV has value in box 5 a 199A DIV. The software dose not handle correctly and forced me to print and mail in forms. What a waist.

ERROR to load 2 pieces of your software at once?!!!! Year after year I have to uninstall and then install the next product. WHY CANT YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER? OF COURSE we need a personal AND a business software at the same time. You haven't packaged BUSINESS and deluxe together yet. Duh.

There are multiple places the software could pull the information from previous year's file. There is no way I could print the K1s without the full SSN being shown. Even the 1120S and CBT100S, the software should be providing me an option to mask full or partial SSN so that the doc can be shared with outsiders as needed.

Hello! I used TurboTax to file taxes for my small business, and it was relatively straightforward once I got bookkeeping in line. That's where much of the perks of TurboTax come in! However, an area for improvement would be in the help documentation for areas such as write-off categorization. Further, the UI is quite ugly and could certainly be improved upon.

TurboTax makes my yearly Business and Personal taxes easy to do. It pulls from the previous year's taxes so that things are already set up to start with. Then it allows you to change or add as needed. Lastly, filing is easy whether you file electronically or by mail. I have been using TurboTax since the 1990's and have never been disappointed with it.

This was my first time using TT for a trust return. I was confused at first with some of the information asked for but understood it much better when I went to the Q&A version vs. forms. I had trouble getting through the filing steps but once I spoke to phone support it went fine.

Generally good, particularly for federal forms, since we know how to use it very well now, but it usually has trouble with our state (Maryland). This year the state software did come in time, versus 2023 when it did not, but still 2024 did not work well. It did not handle the form 511 filing option seamlessly from the beginning, and once forced to apply form 511 it made fundamental errors, so we had to fill out the state filings in forms mode and file by mail. We have had similar problems before, even with form 510. As we have before, we tried to file a bug report, but that is apparently not really possible. As usual, TurboTax advanced support was very gracious, so that helps, but its still not clear if the message got to who needs it, and no time for an actual fix. We might have filed by mail anyway, but these issues just caused a lot more manual checking and hand wringing than we would expect. Hope for next year.
