Sadly, I spent a lot of time manually entering Schedule D detail. When I reviewed the forms, I realized that this wasn't necessary. It would have been nice to include a question about whether your Form 1099-B data was being reported directly to the IRS. I found this upon review of the forms and manually moved my totals to Line 8a and removed all the capital gains detail that I had typed in.

In your documentation you fail to include the scanned and signed 8453-PE in the packet! How can you fail to include both the unsigned and the signed one? Do you know the panic that sets in when users think they failed to include the correct 8453? This has been repeated raised in the forums. Why do you continue to ignore it?

I have used Turbo Tax for years on the personal side and have now used it for a family LLC for the past 5 years. It is equally easy to use, however, it does not provide much information and help on a line by line basis in simple English so a novice can prepare returns effectively.

Once installed the product works flawlessly and is veery easy to use. However, I have had problems loading the state product for two years in a row that has me very frustrated. In both years it took hours with support to get the state product downloaded. Lat year it was a glitch in the TT download process. This year no one can tell my why it didn't work using normal process.

Not being able to import 1099-B from a financial institution is very annoying and will probably make me not buy this product again next year. The import works fine with the personal TurboTax Premier; why not implement import in TurboTax Business??? It was also not at all clear that it is a possibility to use the "see Statement" for the form. Although, using this feature is not ideal because of the bundling of sub-totals does not capture all of the bought and sold dates correctly. Also, I still need to send paper copies of the 1099-B after Federal E-filing, but TurboTax did not tell me to do so!

The program is terrific until I get to the point of filing it. 1. Having to sign in to Adobe to print it and/or save it just adds another step to require outside help in seeing the documents. The system should simply allow e to print or save without going through more checks and balances to get it to print. 2. Adding the form for e-filing for the IRS is a hassle to photo it and get it into my computer plus the system keeps saying it's in the package until I submit it and then it keeps me in a circle where I can't e-file without help from the intuit turbotax assist. The person who helped me was terrific in getting past these issues and getting my tax return filed.

The experience was great. I wish there was a little more information regarding where to put some service business cost of sales items. Otherwise really clear and easy to understand. I would also have like Montana Partnership to be an available option.

It is my first time to use TurboTax to fill the 1120S, The software has some glitch that doesn't allow the correct business code to go through for the e-filing, which has created problems to stop the process during my e-filing. Moreover, the software of Home and Business scripts misleading. It indicates that it is for S business . After I entered all data and went through to the end, unfortunately, no return was generated. Finally, went through all troubles, I learnt that I need to go to business web to purchase Business software.

I believe the business version of your product leaves much to be desired. There is no way to add attachments to support the return when e-filing. "Tricks" have to be used to try to attach it to the scanned upload of the electronic signature filing form. I have had to file by mail for lack of confidence that these "tricks" actually work. The product also has bugs - does not allow printing of the forms when at the end and it only gives a preview with no print or save option. Also, the "preview" and "print forms" are switched. They do NOT perform the function that they say they do. The product is plenty expensive when compared to the individual version and this product should be improved. I have been using Turbo-Tax for over 25 years and this is the worst version of the product that I have seen. Please put some more quality into this version of your tax tool!
