I had some trouble finalizing and e-filing my return. Engaged via text but really didn't work. Finally called and pushed through to talk with someone. She was amazing and we solved the problem in short order. I have been looking for a request to review her help but haven't seen it. It was a strange dropdown box issue that once figured out everything worked perfectly.

Having trouble transitioning from interim 1041 to final 1041.Also, the decedent resided in a different state than the representative filling out the form which had to be managed throughout the process. Still. All documents were generated and were abled to b mailed.

Can you please stop the Georgia state module from automatically choosing the add the Film Credit form! when your business isn't in film production, this form stops you from e-filing your return. i finally figured out how to just delete the form and was then able to complete the e-file. It is extremely frustrating when a software automatically chooses a credit form that is not viable to ones business.

Your CA. 541 form stinks . It reviewed and found no errors. But when I try toe file- it keeps saying to make corrections but some cannot be made or even when done ,it keeps asking again and again.. You should refund my $55 and do better. OR allow me to override what is on the system and file as I know it is correct t

Navigation between sections is terrible. If you want to go back one step you need to start from the beginning. The system is designed to squeeze you for more money without prior advertising. You buy business version and cannot do 1098s. Another way to squeeze more money. I do not recommend this program

Overall I'm very happy I was able to save allot of money and do this myself... but I'm suprised at how confusing the app is ad dificult to know where things are or if you missed it. I ended up using screen captures and AI Claude Sonet 2.6 and that made all the difference. It was much more helpful then any of the help tools and was able to understand my data.. and where it should and shouldn't go in the application. You really should build some level of AI integration into the app.

One of the primary reasons that I purchased Turbo Tax Business is that it was advertised as handling oil and gas depletion. I have several properties each requiring separate sets of depletion computation data. Turbo Tax, form 1065 and the related K-1's are not very functional for user friendly for depletion.

The Fed TurboTax Business works well, but the state versions are not worth the money. They do little more than transcribe federal data to the state forms. I used both Virginia and California forms this year for trusts I manage. The California version had fatal errors in two areas that prevented e-file: 1) required a W-2 for CA Withholding even though the withholding was all per Real Estate Sale (CA Form593), and 2) insisted on generating Form 5805 assessing a Late Penalty even though I clearly met the exemption from penalty criteria and CA says NOT to file the form in that case. Because I had to override the penalty values, TTB wouldn't let me e-file. Another annoying issue, typical on the state forms, is inadequate explanation of what to do with some data. I had some federal data (allocable depletion?) that it just told me to "enter on the appropriate state form". No Help info provided. How useless.

Turbotax Busines 2025 wasted 5 hours of my time cycling in a loop during e-filing because it kept detecting an issue with an attachment (almost certainly still related to the N-220 or another PDF with type “Other”), even after you deleted the N-220 form.
