The support team (especially Kristin) was fantastic. They always answered my questions with making me feel lacking. Having to file my amended business return using desktop instead of online was NOT convenient. This needs to be rectified immediately to keep customers. Thus the reason for four stars.

I'm giving Turbo Tax Business a 3 Star this year, some things changed around Mult-Members LLC and Partnership Profit, Loss, and Capital percentages, this was not easy to access and correct this year. The support for this has fallen off, unelss you pay a lot of money for support. It's your application, why do I have to pay for something twice, and have to pay for you to help me an issue that I didn't create. It was much harder this year to finish my taxes

Turbo Tax used to be designed for those of us who needed help understanding how to file properly. This program was very confusing and did not help answer questions at all. I pay money for it so I don't have to Google questions. There were parts of our taxes that were unclear when using this product. Parts were very confusing with little explanation available.

It was pretty good. The one trouble I had is that it kept telling me that my K-1's were not ready and that I needed to go fill in the shareholder information, but it was all there. (And if it wasn't, it should have given me an error!) I had to go to the specific page in "forms" and print it. Also, I had to buy the separate CA 541 Fiduciary return package and the instructions for what it was asking for were really limited. I guessed my whole way through it.

a lot of complexity and clicking required merely to enter updated trust income from the same source as last year. No import function - c'mon guys, it's 2026 - be better. I also got stuck in a loop trying to update my address. Probably the last time I'll use a TurboTax product.

Turbo Tax Business for Estate filing was disappointing. It did not allow electronic transfer of doc from banks or investment firms like it does in personal version. It is not as easy to follow nor does it have needed explanations along the way. I would not recommend TT Business for estate filings Nor does it have the require state filing software. Our return was a little more complicated this year due to a sale of our business assets. I ended up having to manually input some information into the forms because Turbo Tax did not transfer numbers across the return. A few glitches here and there but I figured it out.

It works great for federal filing; would not allow for a State of Nebraska filing - Nebraska Department of Revenue strongly encourages e-file. Why doesn't Turbo Tax Business- Desktop support??? I have the same issue every year and then have to make numerous calls to the state to get them to work the paper filings and send my refund.

This is the worst application I have ever used, and I started with MS-DOS.... In preparing Form 1065, you cannot enter a name for a non-individual member, there is no field for that. You can only enter an entity name during error check. It generated blank K-1s -- just a file name, no content. In preparing a Form 1041, it arbitrarily treated the sale of a security held >18 months as a " wash sale" and doubled the reported gain. These were not errors on my part; this is completely incompetently programmed software. Never again.

there were several errors that updates had to take care of - errors should be out of the software before it is released. There were also several sections that did not have explanations and I had resort to getting Chatgpt to help me. For the price I expect better.
