I have been very pleased with TurboTax Business Desktop for the last 3 years. However, in 2025 I am still waiting for the Special Depreciation Allowance calculation to be updated before I can file two more returns and an even worse issue is the Schedule A, Form 8825 is not available for e-filing this year. I hope this lack of form support issue can be corrected before next tax year. Thank you for the opportunity to comment

Purchased turbo tax business license and once you have met the 5 efile federal maximum, I am unable to file one more state efile return even though I have not selected to do so for the Federal return. the interface selection is not coded properly and doesn't work as designed.

This year I was again disappointed by TurboTax. I have used Turbo Tax Business for 2 years, Form 1041, for a trust filing. I can only file Federal tax forms. I want to file Ohio forms also, but Turbo Tax does not support the State of Ohio for form 1041. please include Ohio filings on future versions of the business package.

It was pretty good. The one trouble I had is that it kept telling me that my K-1's were not ready and that I needed to go fill in the shareholder information, but it was all there. (And if it wasn't, it should have given me an error!) I had to go to the specific page in "forms" and print it. Also, I had to buy the separate CA 541 Fiduciary return package and the instructions for what it was asking for were really limited. I guessed my whole way through it.

Used the product for about 10 years now. The suggested business expense catagories changed this year from previous years, and I had to reformat my worksheets for data entry. Now this inconsistant labling of expense items will make history comparing difficult. Either keep it consistant OR give us the ability to create our own expense item descriptions.

there were several errors that updates had to take care of - errors should be out of the software before it is released. There were also several sections that did not have explanations and I had resort to getting Chatgpt to help me. For the price I expect better.

The business software has been a life-saver for filing my 1120S. Its already a large obstacle to complete the closing of our company's books in QBO and the transition to TurboTax is a game changer. Love the interview interface and ability to switch to Forms mode.

I struggled and spent about 2 hours to figure out how to file an amended return. Please try and make the filing of an amended return (especially to correct minor errors - mine was a clerical error - an extra zero in one place!) It should have been much easier

I used the online business version for 2024 for the first time and didn't realize it wouldn't be compatible with the 2025 desktop version that I bought this year so I had to start from scratch with entering info. There was no way to save the 2024 data file from the online version for import so I started the 2025 return online to import 2024 data and then saved that file to my computer but it wouldn't open in the desktop version which was frustrating. Lots of mystery errors just like last year. If I answer the all the questions asked, there is no reason for errors and then the errors have no explanations and won't let you change the entry anyway so what is the point. Like, why is it asking me to enter the business name on review??? I also had to print out a form, sign, and scan it to e-file which was ridiculous that there was no option for an electronic signature with the desktop version. All resources must be directed to the online version.

Compatibility issues year to year Name transfer not accurate year to year pulling last years data. If last name has a multiple spaces / capitals is defaults to the last one and everything else goes on first name. Example "Bob S Van De Camps" would transfer as: first name: "Bob S Van De", no middle initial, last name "Camps" This happens every year i transfer from prior year Turbo tax file.
