While my TurboTax Business on Desktop functioned well, there were a few areas that could have had a more robust explanation provided. My LLC returns were somewhat complicated, so perhaps there aren't enough general information tabs to explain all of my situations.

I used the Business Turbo Tax product to complete my parent's Estate Taxes. It went smoothly and saved me time. The only improvement I would consider is having the personal information tabs retain the information entered upon a file save. It is burdensome to have to re-enter some information each time the file is opened.

Still way too expensive for a simple trust. It also is not helpful when looking up details within the return for required information during review time. I believe TurboTax Business is an evil necessity. Every year I complain about not being able to upload the 1099 forms and detail from broker. Every year I'm still not surprised it is not available.

This was my final return for an LLP that had been using TurboTax for the past 25 years. We have retired the business and one of the partners is continuing as a sole proprietor. Neither partner bought the other out. The furnishings, computers, software, supplies had little to no value and TurboTax did not allow us to revisit our evaluation of the parts and change them to make sense to us and h IRS. On return review, there were errors that could not be repaired because I could not change the data. NOT GOOD for a novice closing a business.

Overall a fine presentation. I did experience a bit of frustration dealing with the final "ACCURACY CHECK" for the S-CORP shareholder BASIS. I received repeated error messages indicating I needed to "ignore" a particular entry box 13 which had a "0." pre-entered. The ACCURACY CHECK only offered FINAL APPROVAL after I DELETED THE "0." PRE-ENTRY.

I have been using Turbo Tax Products for over 15 years, both personally and for business. Although the product was easy to use in the early years, it has become increasingly more timely to use an less user friendly. I have found on the business product which I use for a Sub S Corporation, a lot of the information is not being carried over from the previous year.

TurboTax Business - Desktop is my go to software when it comes to completing my business tax filings. It takes me through the process step-by-step, but also allows me to dig into the actual form that I am working on (when necessary). The software is extremely versatile and I'm really happy with it.

Each time I've engaged with an expert I have found them to be professional., Patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The features are great. However, it would be nice to add online help with Turbo tax desktop business edition. The support I've received has been fantastic

The program is old, not online, and clunky. As a QuickBooks Online user, Intuit tries mightily to force me to use their new "Assisted" version for 4 times the price. I have been doing this without assistance for 10 years and don't need the assistance. They have been avoiding updating this program. Intuit needs to offer a non-assisted version of the online system.

Overall a good experience for my first time using TurboTax. My only issue I had was when I had to go back and adjust numbers, I kept getting errors in boxes where there was no longer a value. This was for a partnership 1065 return. It was very annoying, and I tried going through all the prompts again multiple times, and still gave errors. I ended up having to start over from scratch. For how simple my return was and the price of the software, I didn't expect to have issues like this.
