My experience with this software is great until I have a question and the search area NEVER bring back the appropriate answer. That is so frustrating.

For the most part I always can find what is needed for tax preparation. Accessing the forum is good but doesn't always answer the questions I have. The tax returns are accurate so i am happy.

It took 3 days to resolve 700001 errors and numerous software adjustments and file deletions on my part plus disarming my virus protection. But finally we prevailed.

I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with the interactions I had with all TurboTax Business Tax experts. All were professional, courteous, patient - and most of all, very knowledgeable. Bravo!!!

I've been using TurboTax for 21 years. While it keeps asking too many questions on the actual forms in little windows, I find it the best system on the market.

Wouldn't recommend TT as you miss alot of questions or you don't have this form or that form. Have to stop to look up stuff , just hope I don't miss alot of deductions that I could have taken.

Great experience! Super straight forward. Nice that there is now only one Business Software, that covers all types of businesses. Love that I don't have to second guess if I have missed anything.

I have my 9 digit Turbo Tax Support ID but it doesn't work on you phone tree. You phone tree is asking for a 13 digit number. I finally got through after much aggravation. Please fix this. Thanks.

Open Very slow. Not as good as Turbotax Premier (which is cheaper). Buggy software, often quits for no reason and need to restart several times. Forced me to buy California state version 2 times, one for each return (?).

Not very stable and if I didn't have to use it (it's the only e-file software my state would accept), i wouldn't it. Lots of wasted time and do-overs. Not good.
