I have been using this since 2015. I have been satisfied with the results each and every year. Taxes are never easy, but Turbo Tax allows me to take my time and stay accurate.

Great experience! Super straight forward. Nice that there is now only one Business Software, that covers all types of businesses. Love that I don't have to second guess if I have missed anything.

There were numerous bugs in the software this year that I have not seen before. Data from prior years did not properly carryforward, the software did not allow certain info to be entered properly. It was quite shocking.

Using TurboTax was a terrible disaster. It crashed and I couldn't get it to run until I got to support after several trys and being kept on hold for hours.

Not very stable and if I didn't have to use it (it's the only e-file software my state would accept), i wouldn't it. Lots of wasted time and do-overs. Not good.

Everything went smoothly. Turbo Tax prompts and directions were clear and helpful. Did not need any phone support. Data from prior year carryover expedited return prep

Turbo Tax business is kind of glitchy, when you adjust data sometimes it wont update, keeps pestering me for signature date. If you were to compare it to Turbo Tax Home its like 75% as good.

some of the features are so frustrating. It needs to do a good job in helping, searching and giving additional information for a user to understand the requirements

Open Very slow. Not as good as Turbotax Premier (which is cheaper). Buggy software, often quits for no reason and need to restart several times. Forced me to buy California state version 2 times, one for each return (?).

INTERFACE: Its very frustrating to not be able to pull my tax information directly from QB online. I don't use desktop and apparently you are discontinuing it so what is the delay? I would have given 5 stars but for this issue.
