Pretty helpful filing. Glad I did a good job of keeping my bookkeeping clean on quickbooks all year which made this a very smooth process.

The live expert was excellent. But the fact that Turbo Tax for a C corp. will not work on a MAC without windows is totally unacceptable. TurboTax is way behind the times.

I like the program, but I end up spending lots of time for balancing the Balance sheet M1, M2, L, and the Depreciation form because there is no guidance why its flagging , to fix those errors.

Using TurboTax was a terrible disaster. It crashed and I couldn't get it to run until I got to support after several trys and being kept on hold for hours.

Great difficulty that ended up with a late filing due to failure to transmit the returns. The help section had no answers and there was no apparent support to help me.

There were numerous bugs in the software this year that I have not seen before. Data from prior years did not properly carryforward, the software did not allow certain info to be entered properly. It was quite shocking.

For the most part I always can find what is needed for tax preparation. Accessing the forum is good but doesn't always answer the questions I have. The tax returns are accurate so i am happy.

Not very stable and if I didn't have to use it (it's the only e-file software my state would accept), i wouldn't it. Lots of wasted time and do-overs. Not good.

I had an oversight technical issue with Turbotax Business 2024 and the agent patiently stayed with me on the phone for almost an hour until it was resolved. Thank you for that.

My experience with this software is great until I have a question and the search area NEVER bring back the appropriate answer. That is so frustrating.
