Most difficult software ever.

I was in software support my entire career of 42 years, and this is the most frustrating software I've ever tried to use.

Lacking ability to download brokerage information.

Unable to download dividends and cap gains info from brokerage. Long trust names are handled in a very confusing manner without clear messages.

Make a version for Mac

Turbo Tax Business needs to have a version for mac's. I had to use a neighbor's computer to fill out this return as we are a mac household.

Populated the wrong boxes. Support was awful. Upsell after upsell. Lobbying to keep taxes complicated.

The step by step was ok, but not being able to e-file my state taxes with my federal taxes was horrible.
