some of the features are so frustrating. It needs to do a good job in helping, searching and giving additional information for a user to understand the requirements

QuickBooks kicked me off of desktop and forced me to online. Turbo tax didn't recognize online and said it couldn't import any info since QuickBooks was not installed on my computer.

I am also on quickbooks online and there was absolutely no help downloading the file so I spent hours rekeying things. This was ridiculous waste of time.

I enjoy using the Form 1065 Partnership software created by TurboTax. It provides the checks and balances you need on your entries. Also I appreciate the support given by the tax experts at TurboTax.

Great difficulty that ended up with a late filing due to failure to transmit the returns. The help section had no answers and there was no apparent support to help me.

I like the program, but I end up spending lots of time for balancing the Balance sheet M1, M2, L, and the Depreciation form because there is no guidance why its flagging , to fix those errors.

I have been using this since 2015. I have been satisfied with the results each and every year. Taxes are never easy, but Turbo Tax allows me to take my time and stay accurate.

I can't believe the CPAs charge so much for doing an 1120 - all the work is on the accounting side. Turbotax makes it easy once you have your numbers.

Using TurboTax was a terrible disaster. It crashed and I couldn't get it to run until I got to support after several trys and being kept on hold for hours.
