Staub 10", 2.9-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Daily Pan With Glass Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coating is good. It doesn't have PFOA, which is what I want. But the pan itself is heavy.

I am so unhappy with this frying pan. For the amount of money that I paid, I shouldn't have to spend 45 minutes scrubbing it to get it clean! It is not a non-stick pan, but even when oil is in the pan, things stick to it and it is impossible to clean it. I have followed all the instructions that came with it. Save your money! We made a steak in it the other day and two days later, it still has black char stuck to the bottom of it.

Worst Frying Pan I Ever Had!

I've been wanting a Staub Daily pan f o r e v e r and finally HAD to push the button when I saw it in French Bleu.  Plus, Sam's Club is offering a matching Staub Specialty Cocotte in the very same color with beautiful Fleur-de-lis embossed on the lid. So I bought that too.  

I LOVE this pan.  It has enough flat surface on the bottom that it heats very nicely and that heat rises up the sides making it easy to stir and toss while I cook.  I saw another review saying their eggs stuck to their pan.  I do make sure my pan is covered in olive oil before I start, and I always make sure the pan is hot before putting the eggs in it.  This way they don't stick for me.  Anyway...  Great pan!  They are sold out on the Staub website, so if you want one, this is your chance.  Plus, you can get it in the very rare French Bleu color; which isn't available anyplace else.
