[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Staub is a lifelong kitchen tool to invest in if you love to cook! I love all of my Staub products, the only reason this gets 4 starts instead of 5 is because of the weight.

I love the color, Grenadine! The first thing I made was Salmon cakes, but they stained my beautiful pan! It's better but not quite the pristine that I had hoped for with my beautiful new pan. It's also heavier than expected.

I am so unhappy with this frying pan. For the amount of money that I paid, I shouldn't have to spend 45 minutes scrubbing it to get it clean! It is not a non-stick pan, but even when oil is in the pan, things stick to it and it is impossible to clean it. I have followed all the instructions that came with it. Save your money! We made a steak in it the other day and two days later, it still has black char stuck to the bottom of it.

Great pan and size is perfect. Like that it comes with the glass lid and like that it was made in France.
