Great skillet. I fried up some sausage for a lasagna I was making. It worked very well.

I love using this pan. It's the perfect size for my family of 3.

I love the size and depth of the pan. I only wish it had a non stick surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The daily pan is a dream - we received this recently as a gift - it is quickly becoming a staple in our kitchen and will be a great addition to our current set. Love the black matte and having the option of a lid is a game changer! I've used mine twice and noticed two small chips, which I feel is unusual for Staub. Regardless, love the pan and will give 5 stars and hopefully can resolve the chip issue.

I love the color, Grenadine! The first thing I made was Salmon cakes, but they stained my beautiful pan! It's better but not quite the pristine that I had hoped for with my beautiful new pan. It's also heavier than expected.
