I've been wanting a Staub Daily pan f o r e v e r and finally HAD to push the button when I saw it in French Bleu. Plus, Sam's Club is offering a matching Staub Specialty Cocotte in the very same color with beautiful Fleur-de-lis embossed on the lid. So I bought that too. I LOVE this pan. It has enough flat surface on the bottom that it heats very nicely and that heat rises up the sides making it easy to stir and toss while I cook. I saw another review saying their eggs stuck to their pan. I do make sure my pan is covered in olive oil before I start, and I always make sure the pan is hot before putting the eggs in it. This way they don't stick for me. Anyway... Great pan! They are sold out on the Staub website, so if you want one, this is your chance. We now have two Staub cooking pans and they are both outstanding in quality and use. Cooking and baking with these pans is a joy. They distribute the heat better than any other product we have used, are solidly manufactured, and are beautiful to boot! I expect you will really enjoy Staub cookware products.

We are slowly building our Staub collection. Each piece is like a work of art but, more importantly, they make cooking a joy and the result is consistently a success. I do recommend getting the Staub Cookbook - very nice companion to the Staub cookware. Thank you.

This is a beautiful and versatile pan. I'm using it to cook everything - on the stove or in the oven, with or without the lid. It is pretty to look at and I leave it on the stovetop. It is simple to clean. I'm very happy I bought it.

I bought this as the baby sister to my favorite All Day Pan that is just slightly bigger. They are fabulous for all kinds of food from one dish stir fry to eggsbor casseroles, roasting and braising.

Absolutely love the daily pan. It's the perfect size for a stir-fry for two and browning a pound of ground meat. I've had it about two weeks and I will be using it quite often, maybe not daily, but close.

I’ve been using Staub for many years now. This pan is the perfect size for 2 -6 people depending on what you’re making. No problems with food sticking at all as long as you know what you’re doing and how to cook in heavy cookware.
