The family pitched in and bought this Griddle for the husband for his Birthday. He is obsessed and absolutely loves it. From breakfast foods to fajitas, he may love it more than me. Plenty of space. Took him a few times to learn the hot spots of the griddle, but he thinks he is a professional chef!

This griddle was real easy to put together. We made sure all the pieces were there and set all them out in a row and started the assembly process. Once we finished, I had an old propane tank that had enough gas to test the griddle and when I say it gets HOT QUICK. Whew! IT GETS HOT! I haven’t cooked on it yet but I did wash the griddle off. I cut it on and I season it with some butter oil. I allowed it to heat up to get the oil flavor in it . Hopefully when I do grill on it , it’ll be good to go.

Don't spend extra money on a Blackstone. The Member Mark griddle is all you need. The catch tray is out front for easy accessibility of dumping. Easy to clean and operate. You have to get use to cooking as the back is hotter than the front. But that's perfect for veggies and sautéing. The griddle took a little longer to put together as you need a smaller hand for some of the screw holes. Don't think about the purchase, you'll be upset you waited.

First time griddle owner and love this one !! Followed members mark video online to make sure seasoned good before use ! But didn’t realize how hot it would get on high, my mistake but now cook almost everything on low. Amazing how quick it heats up !! The only the I don’t like is no hard cover for it, but found one on Etsy for $70. The cloth one that it comes with won’t stay on without bungee cords but they look good if do both ends in orange.

I have had this item less than two weeks and already the short screws provided are insufficent to allow for an adequate level of torque to keel them tight. The frame is all loose, the wheel has already bent from pushing it around my patio to place it. I'm taking it back and gettng a Blackstone.

I absolutely love the versatility of this grill! I’ve made everything from hamburgers to stir fry so far. It takes a little getting used to but once familiar with the heat and need to have all supplies on hand, it’s easy to cook with. Clean up is quick and effortless. Since the side tables don’t fold in, it does take up a lot of space. You’ll also need long handle tools and a heat proof glove to wear when cleaning the surface. Totally worth it, though!!

I love to cook and this griddle has just upped my summer meals game! So far I've killed it with, smash burgers and fajitas, I can't wat to explore more. The grill seasoning process is easy with the help of the user manual and youtube. The size of this thing makes temperature control much easier than the smaller ones.

I bought the grill about a month ago. The auto igniter does not work and eat gas (1/2) tank per usage. I would not recommend this to others. The grill is very difficult to manually start with one person. I did not take it back because it is too hard to haul it back to return.

I liked the price and gave it a try. It was not difficult to put together. It took me about an hour. A couple of pieces require two people to put in place. It does not come with a gas tank. It uses the standard size which is easy to find. Unit self started easily as described in the instructions. It heated evenly. After seasoning that is burning some cooking oil on the grill surface it cooked well. I have not had any problem with the grill. I have had it about five weeks. I would recommend.

This grill is exactly what I was looking for and it was on sale at $100 off. I ordered it online because it was out of stock at my local Sam’s Club and it was delivered in less than a week. It is a great size and even came with a cover. It took a little time putting it together, but it was not difficult. If you’re thinking about buying a flat top, I highly recommend this one.
