It is exactly as described!! I feel like a Japanese chef cooking on my giant griddle! With four burners, I can cook different items at different temps. I’ve made everything from pancakes to Philly cheesesteaks on my grill. Be sure to season it as per the instructions, and once in a while after. The only downside is the cover. It doesn’t stay on so I put a bungee around it. Then it rained and the rain pooled on the lid which pushed it onto the grill and it leaked through. Had to use steel wool to remove the rust and reseason the grill. I’ll look for a longer waterproof cover, but in the meantime, I’m cooking up a storm!

We were looking at getting a Blackstone because they're absolutely everywhere right now, but my husband came across this Member's Mark version and it was $70 less. We went over to Sams and looked at it and ended up buying it. I seasoned it right after we put it together and we cooked on it the very next night. I now cook dinner on this griddle several nights a week and it generally takes about 15 minutes to cook just about anything: Philly cheesesteaks, Japanese stir-fry, burgers, and breakfast takes all of five minutes. Clean up is so easy - no pots, no pans just scrape everything into the grease hole and wipe it down with a little oil and it's done. It's very sturdy and works beautifully every time we turn it on. I highly recommend.

My Wife and I purchased this griddle for the homeless shelter in Phoenix since they were using charcoal and it wasn’t really doing what they needed done,This griddle opened the door for hamburgers,hot dogs,bacon and eggs,pancakes and much more.These people needed this to get alittle happiness in their life

Great griddle! Got this for my birthday and made fajitas for her maiden voyage. Discovered some hot shots along the back half, but other than that, it cooked everything up great and has a large cooking surface. I'm excited to see what else I can do!

This is just what we needed ! We love it works great. We cooked a ton of pancakes eggs and bacon was amazing second time we cooked French toast eggs and bacon each time was for about 15 people . We did notice an area where it cooks faster than another area “hot spot” I’m fine with it now I know where it is .. We have used it twice so far And after the second time we used it we shut it off turned it back on and the burners weren’t turning on I’m not sure what the issue was . We thought it was the regulator piece it wasn’t catching the others on fire it was a small small flame, but then I turned it on about 15 min later and they all went on . We just filled up our propane so we knew we weren’t out of it . Not sure what happened . I really like the fact it came with a cover we didn’t have to purchase one .We can’t wait to continue our weekly meals for everyone.

Works Great, easy to assemble. Absolutely No complaints. I am curious tho....Noticed that the 2 front pegs holding cook platform in place raise up as it gets hot. Changes my level on the grill surface, and grease runs to places I didnt want. Thought. I'd screwed up install, but after a double checking twice saw it was the griddle moving.

We are very happy with our Members Mark griddle. We have cooked steaks, fish, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, impossible burgers, hash brown potatoes, fajitas, veggies you name it we have grilled it! It keeps the splatter and mess out of the kitchen!! We like that the drain is in the front on this unit. The Blackstone griddle drain is in the back and food can fall into the drain unless you purchase a screen to block the food. I would have given this grill 5 stars if the side tables could be folded down.

Great product for the money. We use it a lot but have a few things that we wished were different. 1) The griddle needs to be thicker to prevent "bowing" when it gets hot so liquid stays in place. 2) I wish the side tables folded down. We didn't have enough room so we didn't install one shelf. 3) I wish the cover went to the ground (or at least covered the bottom shelf and gas tank) so the items down there don't get dusty and the propane wasn't out in the sun. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Shipped timely. Packaging was good, no damage. Easy to put together but had trouble with some of the bolts stripping. Two of the bolts on the top that hold the side tables, had threads that were stripped so I had to go to the hardware store and buy better bolts. Thankfully a very easy fix.

Delivery SO BAD!! Can not believe how this Christmas gift arrived to my boyfriend's house. Then Sam's Customer Service told me I had to wait to ship this one back before they would ship me another one. I shut that down immediately. Plus Member too!!
