The griddle top arrived with multiple scratches on it and the griddle will not light on its own - we have to lift the top and use a lighter. Other than those items it seems to work pretty well.

We love this grill. I bought it for my husband and we use it often. Its a great size for a family of 3 like us or a bigger group. Only downfall is it only comes with a cloth cover.

A gift to my son and he loves it. Easy to use and uses it consistently. Breakfast, lunch and dinner!!! He put a shelter over it so he can use it all Winter.

I've cooked on a Blackstone and now on this, no difference other than having some extra money in my pocket at the end. Awesome purchase, easy assembly definitely recommend.

The igniter burner seems to be leaking and does not light. Had to light other burners with a match and the igniter burner still never lit. Will be returning.

A fantastic griddle! Have had it about 3 weeks and cook on it almost every day. It is great to be able to cook on this instead of heating up the kitchen to cook. After doing the initial seasoning of the griddle top (I followed the instructions to a tee), have not had any problems with anything sticking. Have cooked veggies, steak, hamburgers & hotdogs, lamb, fish ... everything so far has cooked perfectly. In fact, we recently had a house full of people and was able to cook 15 hamburgers and 20 hotdogs all at one time. It is easy to clean and maintain, just scrape it clean and recoat it each time. The griddle came with a cover and a scraper, so that was a nice bonus. The griddle itself was very easy to assemble. Only took about an hour to put it together with easy-to-follow instructions. Highly recommend to anyone (In fact, have already recommended to several friends, family, and co-workers!).

So far, so good. This griddle seems well made. Assembly was easy, but it is easier if you have a 2nd person to help you. I've cooked on it twice now, and everything turned out great. I would highly recommend this griddle and you can't beat the price!!

I absolutely love the versatility of this grill! I’ve made everything from hamburgers to stir fry so far. It takes a little getting used to but once familiar with the heat and need to have all supplies on hand, it’s easy to cook with. Clean up is quick and effortless. Since the side tables don’t fold in, it does take up a lot of space. You’ll also need long handle tools and a heat proof glove to wear when cleaning the surface. Totally worth it, though!!

I bought this within the past month, put it together, and put it to use Seasoned the griddle, and cooked a great breakfast of bacon, sausage and eggs, and then hamburger steaks for supper One flaw, when I installed the surface, it was not flat It had a design flaw in the metal Thst amounted to an uneven sunken spot I got on the line with customer service, within a few minutes, I had an email confirming the problem, within 2 days, I had a follow up email that the manufacturer would replace, and within 5 days, I had the new griddle top, installed it with no problems. Customer service was excellent and expedient. And sent several follow up emails to ensure I had what I needed
