I love my new griddle. It is large enough to cook several things at one time. I have fixed bacon, eggs and hibachi one it so far. Everyone was watching and amazed when I was cooking hibachi for my family. I would highly recommended this product and the price is great.

I i’ve only cooked on my griddle three times as I was cleaning it with paper towel and water as recommended I set the paper towel down on the little side shelf area And the paper towel caught on fire two out of three times In my opinion this should never happen!!!

Getting grill lit is like a scientific experiment. Even following the specific pattern they recommend to light them it is random if it will light. Workable heated surface is about half of the grill surface and the grease trap location is extremely awkward. If I had the opportunity to return I probably would. I would not purchase again.

This is the Best Fathers Day Present Ever! Bought this for my husband he has always put everyone before himself. He has never had a New grill. Our kids and I thought it was about time Dad had something New. Ok about the grill. I had it delivered. The boxes looked terrible But the grill was in perfect shape. No dents no scratches. It took us maybe an hour. My husband didn’t read instructions he looked at the steps ( pictures) lol It’s really heavy with the griddle top on it. It came with everything listed in the description. I would definitely recommend it. Don’t hesitate go ahead and buy it. See for yourself.

First off I love my flat top grill.. the only down side is I notice the handles were broken after I assembled the grill. I took handles to sams hoping they could replace them or point me in the right direction to order news. The lady at customer service assumed I wanted to break my flat top down and bring it back to exchange for another that I would have to assemble ( it's not that serious lady) May I speak to a manager ? Her response i am a manager ! Smh Has anyone experienced broken handles with their flat top grill ? If not I'm open to any suggestions to purchase news thanks

My boyfriend assembled easily and was surprised the good quality for the price. I love cooking on this grill! I make 3-5 things at one time. I feel like I'm cooking like at Benihanas:) My family has enjoyed all the meals so far and eating outside especially after being cooped up inside with the COVID-19. I would add a picture but don't know how.

Do not buy this grill. One of the electrode igniters will go out after minimal usage and Sam's Club (or the third-party call center) unfortunately makes it far more difficult than it needs to be to purchase a replacement part. Buy from a trusted local vendor instead.

The item is big and heavy duty. It is not difficult in terms of figuring out how to assemble. Yet the top gridle is rather heavy. It two persons to put it on. But once assembled, I can see myself using this for Mutiple years for big parties. It has a nice big cover for storage too. It is something nice to have for events, parties even just for atmosphere. Nothing brings people together like food with music. I already have a small BBQ, but I imaged have a big grilldle like the Japanese restaurant. Chef cook right before you. This allows me to have something similar to that experience. Can't wait to use it.

I was going to purchase a Blackstone grill until I ran across this MM brand griddle at my club. I am very impressed at the quality of the griddle as well as the support structure. Very solid! This grill is heavy! I see it as a high quality product at a discount price. I would recommend this griddle to my friends. One question: Can I separately purchase a metal cover for this grill?

Bought this for 199 at my local sams because it was cheaper than a black stone and looked really nice. I notice the front of the grill doesn’t get near as hot as the rear and also, any kind of liquid you pour onto it (oil, water, etc) just drains to the front instead of staying in place. Also, the seasoning marks on the grill doesn’t even reach the front because there’s not enough heat. Basically, you can’t utilize all 36 inches of the grill unlike other name brand griddled I’ve seen.
