Really enjoy using the griddle. We've made hibachi at home, philly cheesesteaks, breakfast, and more! It cooks evenly and cleanup is almost a breeze. The only thing I would change is the grease drain. The hole is small and inconveniently placed away from the edge, making it difficult to scrape the scraps into it. I wish they had placed it next to the edge like Blackstone does. I still don't regret picking it up before Christmas for $199.99.

We purchased this after hearing a family member rave about it. We used it for the first time in late April and LOVED IT. Assembly was not too difficult, my spouse did it by himself. It seasoned nicely with olive oil and heats beautifully. But best of all? NO flames and charred, dried out burgers! Plus bacon cooked quickly, was nice and crisp. We cannot wait to do sliced up vegetables and other foods (pancakes, eggs, etc.). While the food may not have actual grill markings, the ease of the griddle and clean up really are a plus. so much the gas grill is going by the wayside.

I purchased this griddle in June. The assembly is very easy, very versatile for cooking, and easy clean up. The cover is very thin and cheaply made. In the few months that I have had it, the cover has faded greatly. I would also recommend placing a tarp under the cover to keep water from seeping through.

I bought mine about 3 weeks ago in store.. I love this thing so much! I been cooking mainly on this for the past few weeks now. The only thing I dislike that underneath the drip hole it doesn't get hot so your loosing part of your cooking space Other than that worth the buy

We purchased this grill April 2019, we used it twice. It was cleaned covered and stored in our garage all winter when we pulled it out to use this year its severely rusted. Can't use it anymore. Not worth the money. Can't return since it's over a year since purchase. DON'T WASTE UR MONEY

I bought this for my husband for our anniversary and he absolutely loves it so much that he wants to cook something on it EVERY day!!! And I’m loving that! I’ve read the negative reviews on this griddle and it sounds like they’re talking about a different product! It is very well made, thick and sturdy. Cooks evenly and is easy to move around on our concrete patio when necessary.

Positives: fairly easy assembly, Cooks well, Maintains well so far, No complaints about cooking surface. Negatives: included cover is complete trash, Cover will not hold up in any kind of breeze, Look for something to cover it that is more durable and actually covers closer to the ground.

I have only had this for 2 days and have cooked on it 4 times. Foods taste great. I gave it a 4 star because I have not had it long enough to give it 5. Was not to bad to put together. It is heavy at around 110 lbs but feels like more. Instructions were straight forward and if anything the pieces could have been marked with stickers to identify the pieces but all in all it was not confusing if you just checked them against the drawings. Everything fit well as it went together. Nice locking wheels so it don't roll around. The cover is nice but if I had to complain it would be that the cover could be longer so bottom shelf does not get all wet. This grill would get very hot on high settings and I cannot think of why you would want to cook with those temps plus I read that people were complaining that the griddle was warping. At those temps it probably will. All four burners on low heat give plenty of heat to cook with. I may have turned them a little above low. For the price this thing is a nice addition to outdoor cooking. And there is plenty of space to cook whatever you want. We are happy with it so far and if I feel the same about it in a couple of months I will bump the 4 starts to 5...Happy Grilling...

When cooking, you can't put anything on the shelves. Everything gets extremely hot, almost hotter than the griddle itself. My wife had a pair of tongs and she burned her hand really bad when she picked them up. Whats the point of shelves when you can't use them? The griddle heats unevenly, warped after first use. Intense heat comes out of the drain hole which is right below arms when cooking, poor placement

Nice large surface. You need to season the griddle before first use.
