Do not buy this grill. One of the electrode igniters will go out after minimal usage and Sam's Club (or the third-party call center) unfortunately makes it far more difficult than it needs to be to purchase a replacement part. Buy from a trusted local vendor instead.

Haven’t gotten to cook yet but the part where the grill top sits was damaged. My husband got that to work out still but does anyone have advice for the sides where the big stickers were? Not sure why one would put such big stickers there. There is a nasty residue on both sides. I tried using goo gone and it didn’t help at all!

My husband has been wanting a griddle for years. I've always enjoyed a grill because of the grilled smoked taste. I finally purchased him the Member's Mark gas griddle. Well, let's just say I've been converted. The griddle has made the best tasting food. We've cooked bacon, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, vegetables, and more. Everything is delicious. It doesn't have a smoke flavor but it doesn't need it. The griddle cooks at such a high heat that everything is juicy and delicious because it seals the food. And since you cook everything together and the juices mix instead of dripping away like a grill, well you just haven't lived till you've tasted chicken that's been cooked in the grease from the bacon. The Member's Mark griddle is such a nice quality. We are very impressed with the construction and size of the griddle. This was a wonderful purchase!

My boyfriend assembled easily and was surprised the good quality for the price. I love cooking on this grill! I make 3-5 things at one time. I feel like I'm cooking like at Benihanas:) My family has enjoyed all the meals so far and eating outside especially after being cooped up inside with the COVID-19. I would add a picture but don't know how.

My son's bought this griddle for me for Father's Day (2019) last year. Very good purchase indeed. Several of my friends have purchased one as well and all are very pleased. I need to get a new cover as mine has faded but other than that, very pleased.

Putting the griddle together was quite simple. My husband and I did it pretty easy together. However I don’t want to use it now because the grease catcher to the cup is way off of the hole. It’s under the griddle and not under the hole. So now if we were to use it then the grease is going to go everywhere and not where it’s supposed to go. Now I dont know what to do with it.

I received this as a birthday present less than a year ago and within 5 uses the griddle top has become warped to the point I can not scrape it clean easily. Nothing with stay where you put it because it will run down to the low spots where it has becomed warped. (Very annoying). I would highly consider another brand before giving this one a try. Other than that it seems like a solid griddle. (Which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1).

Positives: fairly easy assembly, Cooks well, Maintains well so far, No complaints about cooking surface. Negatives: included cover is complete trash, Cover will not hold up in any kind of breeze, Look for something to cover it that is more durable and actually covers closer to the ground.

The item is big and heavy duty. It is not difficult in terms of figuring out how to assemble. Yet the top gridle is rather heavy. It two persons to put it on. But once assembled, I can see myself using this for Mutiple years for big parties. It has a nice big cover for storage too. It is something nice to have for events, parties even just for atmosphere. Nothing brings people together like food with music. I already have a small BBQ, but I imaged have a big grilldle like the Japanese restaurant. Chef cook right before you. This allows me to have something similar to that experience. Can't wait to use it.

We purchased this after hearing a family member rave about it. We used it for the first time in late April and LOVED IT. Assembly was not too difficult, my spouse did it by himself. It seasoned nicely with olive oil and heats beautifully. But best of all? NO flames and charred, dried out burgers! Plus bacon cooked quickly, was nice and crisp. We cannot wait to do sliced up vegetables and other foods (pancakes, eggs, etc.). While the food may not have actual grill markings, the ease of the griddle and clean up really are a plus. so much the gas grill is going by the wayside.
