Item is a great purchase. However a week after purchasing online it was 50 dollars cheaper in the store. I brought the question to a very rude person counter to say prices online are different from store prices. Making this purchase not the best.

The price was right the grill Burns high and it also Burns low for the price compared to the Blackstone I'm very happy with it I've cooked all kinds of meal even Chinese food It works great once you get used to The heat level I highly recommended

Bought this grill for my hubby and I anniversary… he’s been eyeing flat tops for a while now…. Got it on sale for $199!! He absolutely loves this grill!! We’ve cooked breakfast, lunch and on it. You won’t regret this buy ; )

Item was poorly packaged and arrived with numerous scratches and bent pieces. Managed to put it together and it is performing well. A little extra care in the packaging would go a long way to customer satisfaction.

Meh… you get what you pay for. The cover is worthless as it won’t stay on even in a mild breeze, the cooktop only heats the upper 2/3rds and there are no extra hardware pieces provided in case you lose one. It does cook stuff though, so bravo.

took a little time to put together but very happy with how it cooks. low heat is plenty to season griddle before you cook the first time and find the hot spots so you don't ruin it before you have many grill out's great buy for the money...

We purchased two, one as a gift to my sister. We use it all the time. Very easy to assemble and perfect size. Very happy with the quality of the materials.

Great Griddle- Was looking at Blackstone and saved at least $100.00 on this one. Assembly was easy and I love the no flare up's while cooking Hamburgers.

I bought two of these on for my dad and one for myself, the price is fabulous, the ease of putting together was better than expected and cooking on the grill was amazing!
