Totally appalled at the way this product was delivered with holes in the box, which was not the origin box, no styrofoam holding the parts securely, parts literally sticking out of the box so who knows how many parts were lost in transit. Was suppose to be a gift for someone, totally disappointed! Both Sams Club and Federal Express were responsible for this poor experience. The box literally had a damaged sticker on it yet still delivered.

Just purchased this grill today and assembled it myself. Great directions, pack very well, assembled well. I think a couple of 1st grader could have done other than lifting and setting the grill., flame looks exellent.. would recommend two if you are not for sure you could do it. Watched a few videos before the tackle.. You will love it. Thank you Sam's Club !

Finally broke down and bought one of these and was not disappointed. Assembly wasn’t hard with one person. All items were labeled by numbers and the directions were very easy to follow. Probably took me an hour to assemble by myself. So far I have made burgers and teriyaki chicken and both have been very good. Wish I would have bough one sooner.

I had been wanting a flat top for a while, being an avid outside cook. This took about 1.5hrs to assemble. It is very well designed and easy to assemble. It’s solid. Seasoning is easy. 4 independent burners mean you can have flexible temperatures. I cooked chicken thighs, salmon and veggie fried rice on it first time out.....all fantastic. I’m really pleased with it. Pricing is great too

Very misleading description. While the steel grill surface is 700 sq in, the burners are not full width. This results in the only the back half or so of the grill actually heating. You get about 12.5 in depth by 35.5 in width of cooking area. The front portion gets "warm". For reference, when seasoning and the back half was appx. 600 deg F, the front half was appx 250 deg F. Bought to cook for family, but I can fit more burgers on my Weber kettle. Brutal.

Purchased last week and have used it several times with excellent results. We own a Blackstone Griddle as well, and the actual griddle surface and weight seem to be about the same. No problems with warping and it seasoned well. Side tables and front of burner behave just like our Blackstone, so no surprises there as far as melting and uneven heating. Good value for the money.

Had the griddle close to a year now got it on sale at what I thought was a really good price. I found out you get what you pay for. While the griddle top is sturdy the bottom is not at all. It feels like it is going to collapse. I am scared to move the grill and have retightened all the bolts but it is still flimsy. Wish I just bought a more expensive quality griddle like a Blackstone.

Received this grill as a gift. I saw someone put it was unlevel but there are adjusters that you can level each side of the grill with. If you keep it covered and seasoned properly it will last. If you leave it out in the elements it will rust. I wish they offered a matching cover but I'm going to order a aftermarket one.

This is my first griddle grill. I saw it at Sam's and thought it would be easier to cook on than by backyard BBQ grill. It was even greater when I saw the price. Amazing buy! I read all about it (how to season before using) and after all that I made some burgers, bacon, grilled onions & peppers I even toasted the buns. Boy was it good & cooked really fast. I'm excited to make hibachi next week
