Has anyone had there grill rust? We seasoned it and only used it 3 times and it is fully rusted when we went to use it. Anyone know if the top grill part can be ordered by itself? We also bought the extended warranty and it does not cover it.

I really like the griddle but i hate that is extremely heavy and i cant take it out without having to ask for help. its heavier than me. I wonder if they can make one that is not as heavy and easy to travel with.

The griddle came damaged. The box was all beat up and the front corner of the metal (where the knobs are) was bent in so bad I had to beat it flat to put the griddle on.

Very cheaply made. Returned due to plastic handles peeling up and the side trays peeling up. Do not recommend. Spend the extra money and buy a Blackstone!!!!

I have not bought this product yet but want to know the dimensions of just the flat top without the sides. I will be removing them to place in my bar area but cannot be over a certain width

Purchased this griddel, used it two times, griddel cooking top is a rust bucket. Called customer service they say clean rust, put oil on griddel and use it. NEVER AGAIN SAMS. It will go out with the trash.

Cooks uneven, nothing cooks closest to dials of burners. I had it leveled 100% and oil is just going to one corner it’s bowing whole left sideof the grill.

We cook breakfast and even heat up a pot of water for coffee. Easy clean up too, soap,water and rub with oil to season. Made toast on the grill too. Going to buy another one for our retirement home. Highly recommend

Just got this griddle. Easy to assemble. I would recommend downloading the Bilt app and finding the 3D instructions. They are way easier to follow than the book.

Put it together Saturday night and noticed Sunday morning theres a rust spot on the top where you cook. We haven't even used it yet and it was only out of the box less then 12 hrs. It was terrible to put together, doesn't seem worth the price.
