Has anyone had there grill rust? We seasoned it and only used it 3 times and it is fully rusted when we went to use it. Anyone know if the top grill part can be ordered by itself? We also bought the extended warranty and it does not cover it.

So much better than a regular grill, this griddle makes it fun to cook outdoors!!

I purchased this grill as an early father's day gift and it has been a hit! Lots of outdoor meals.

The top is rusting. Cannot cook on it anymore. I used maybe 3x.

Easy to assemble and worked as should.

Good quality griddle, it's going to be part of my outdoor kitchen... highly recommended.

I want to know if I can get some extra shelf space for around it.? / add ons ?

How can I acquire missing parts without returning/exchanging whole unit?
