Cooks uneven, nothing cooks closest to dials of burners. I had it leveled 100% and oil is just going to one corner it’s bowing whole left sideof the grill.

I have not bought this product yet but want to know the dimensions of just the flat top without the sides. I will be removing them to place in my bar area but cannot be over a certain width

I've had my griddle for a summer and it is rusted. The cover that you get isn't waterproof so get a different cover if it's going to be outside. I'm not sure if I can get the rust off it's so bad

We cook breakfast and even heat up a pot of water for coffee. Easy clean up too, soap,water and rub with oil to season. Made toast on the grill too. Going to buy another one for our retirement home. Highly recommend

Put it together Saturday night and noticed Sunday morning theres a rust spot on the top where you cook. We haven't even used it yet and it was only out of the box less then 12 hrs. It was terrible to put together, doesn't seem worth the price.

They should use hex Head screws as opposed to Phillips head screws.. not the easiest design and location of screw holes… majority of screws have been stripped and will never be able to be removed.. other than that.. good product

Just got this griddle. Easy to assemble. I would recommend downloading the Bilt app and finding the 3D instructions. They are way easier to follow than the book.

Has anyone had there grill rust? We seasoned it and only used it 3 times and it is fully rusted when we went to use it. Anyone know if the top grill part can be ordered by itself? We also bought the extended warranty and it does not cover it.

I really like the griddle but i hate that is extremely heavy and i cant take it out without having to ask for help. its heavier than me. I wonder if they can make one that is not as heavy and easy to travel with.

I have had this for one year and the coating is coming off so food is sticking. I also had it covered but my cover got a little hole and the water rusted the whole this. Very disappointed!
