Set up was easy took about 30 minutes. The cart base sits at a slight angle. Pros: locking caster wheels, middle drip tube, griddle adjuster, shelves and tank hook. Cons: Huge temperature swings and very uneven cooking areas.

I bought this a week ago and besides parts breaking off like crazy I cant even get it to temp gas something wrong with the gas line. Will not buy another members mark grill.

I have had this for about one week. When cleaning it today I noticed the water flowed to the rear center. Looked closely and the griddle is warped, sinking down in the middle. Will be returning this week

Bought a week ago but just got around to putting together today. Took advice and painted underside with high heat paint just so I won’t have future problems. Only thing I’d change would be for all four wheels to swivel.

Igniter no longer works after 3 months...Was told I can bring it in for refund. So I have to tear it apart and drag it into store. Warranty company had no replacement parts in stock could not help...

If you are here reading reviews like I did trust me this grill is great. I didn’t have any issues with top warping or bottom not heating up. I would recommend that when you season that you do it on low because the grill gets plenty hot on low.

Got this because it seemed like a good deal and the reviews are good. Flat top doesn’t get hardly hot enough to cook an egg. Far left and right burner won’t turn on. Have to remove flat top every time and light with a lighter.

Was looking for a BS griddle but I couldn't find one, so I found this at my local Sam's. It seasoned great and I have cooked everything on it from breakfast to chicken for gyros. I bought one for my son since I like mine so much.

Great purchase. Went with this one over the name brand because it was such a good deal and seemed well made. We were not disappointed. I just wish it came with or had the option for a hard top cover.

I just bought this grill for my family. I really enjoyed cooking on the grill. All the food turned out well. I also went back and bought 2 more grills. In my opinion everyone needs a grill like this. Hibachi has nothing on us.
