I just bought this grill for my family. I really enjoyed cooking on the grill. All the food turned out well. I also went back and bought 2 more grills. In my opinion everyone needs a grill like this. Hibachi has nothing on us.

My husband had purchased this Griddle 2 months ago and it has been by far the best investment he could have done! Definitely relieves me from cooking every day. It was easy to setup, love the lower space and easy to maintain.

Great purchase. Went with this one over the name brand because it was such a good deal and seemed well made. We were not disappointed. I just wish it came with or had the option for a hard top cover.

You will love it if you cook for for 2 or more. One pan for everything is fantastic! If you throw a party its fantastic cause you can put alot of food on it!

Igniter no longer works after 3 months...Was told I can bring it in for refund. So I have to tear it apart and drag it into store. Warranty company had no replacement parts in stock could not help...

I bought this grill and love cooking on it but there is 1 problem. The igniter doesn't work I adjusted it every way no spark. how do I get one that works ?

Put it together and used it this weekend. Worked great. Then it's been raining since. Went to clear water off cover that was included and it appears it's not water proof. Looks like flat top is rusted. Not sure how.

Nice flat top grill. Looking to accessorize with a lid. Only issue with grill was the condition of the packaging when delivered. Looks a lot like Ricardo. Beat to death. Everything works but looked sketchy upon arrival.

I have had this for about one week. When cleaning it today I noticed the water flowed to the rear center. Looked closely and the griddle is warped, sinking down in the middle. Will be returning this week

Followed directions cooked on it, cleaned it went to use again it’s all rust very disappointed have no idea how to get rid of very expensive for one use
