Came damaged, won't light with the knobs, rusted IMMEDIATELY! We keep it covered on our back covered porch and its ruined. A total waste of 200$! Do not purchase this! I want a refund! I will wheel this thing to the nearest store gladly! Im sure upon inspection they will have no problem admitting the quality of this is below subpar. We aren't picky people, but this is RIDICULOUS! It doesn't even function as it should. These peolle who gave positive reviews must be reviewing the wrong product. I tried adding a picture 10 times and it wouldn't let me. Gonna have to trust me on this one y'all! DON'T DO IT!

Purchased this griddle as it seemed like a good deal and came with a cover. While setting up, the last 2 steps is where everything went south. The side table screws were not tightening on one shelf because the screw hole itself would spin with it, so I have one loose side table. The griddle would not align with the holes on the top of the framd, so I had to bend one of the hole openings in order for it to fit. I got the griddle seasoned and turned it off, covered it for the day which the cover doesn't tighten and sits loosely on top. It rained overnight and I woke up to a puddle sitting on top of the griddle which, as you can guess, leaked through the cover and sat on the griddle. I'd return the item but it's such a huge griddle to move around. I just hope the griddle cooks well. I'd definitely recommend investing a little more into a Blackstone.

The metal is not the best quality.

Burners do not burn hot enough to even season the griddle. Therefore cooking temps are not correct
