purchased this griddle instead of the Blackstone mainly due to price. during assembly some screws about stripped because paint/powder coat got into female side and bound up threads. Also screws can be tight to put in if you have big hands like me. I'm in the process of seasoning now and plan to cook on it tomorrow.
