The item is big and heavy duty. It is not difficult in terms of figuring out how to assemble. Yet the top gridle is rather heavy. It two persons to put it on. But once assembled, I can see myself using this for Mutiple years for big parties. It has a nice big cover for storage too. It is something nice to have for events, parties even just for atmosphere. Nothing brings people together like food with music. I already have a small BBQ, but I imaged have a big grilldle like the Japanese restaurant. Chef cook right before you. This allows me to have something similar to that experience. Can't wait to use it.

I was going to purchase a Blackstone grill until I ran across this MM brand griddle at my club. I am very impressed at the quality of the griddle as well as the support structure. Very solid! This grill is heavy! I see it as a high quality product at a discount price. I would recommend this griddle to my friends. One question: Can I separately purchase a metal cover for this grill?

I just put this grill together and tried to season it as per the instructions. The front 1/3 of the griddle does not get hot enough to season it properly. At this point I'm unsure if I'll return it, strip it and try to re-season, or try cooking on it first. The Q&A section is useless with most questions unanswered.

This griddle is amazing, it is not subpar to the bigger names. The quality is great, I hate not having a cover/lid but the storage/weather cover is great! This thing is sturdy! I also have the members mark pellet grill, honestly they knock it out of the park on their outdoor cooking equipment!

Bought this for 199 at my local sams because it was cheaper than a black stone and looked really nice. I notice the front of the grill doesn’t get near as hot as the rear and also, any kind of liquid you pour onto it (oil, water, etc) just drains to the front instead of staying in place. Also, the seasoning marks on the grill doesn’t even reach the front because there’s not enough heat. Basically, you can’t utilize all 36 inches of the grill unlike other name brand griddled I’ve seen.

I received this as a birthday present less than a year ago and within 5 uses the griddle top has become warped to the point I can not scrape it clean easily. Nothing with stay where you put it because it will run down to the low spots where it has becomed warped. (Very annoying). I would highly consider another brand before giving this one a try. Other than that it seems like a solid griddle. (Which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1).

My son's bought this griddle for me for Father's Day (2019) last year. Very good purchase indeed. Several of my friends have purchased one as well and all are very pleased. I need to get a new cover as mine has faded but other than that, very pleased.

To start off, i have been wanting a griddle grill for a long time. We bought this one online when it was $100 off. The first one we received the box was ripped half opened, so we sent it back for a replacement. We received the replacement a week later. The box for this one was half missing and pieced back together. When opening it, it was dented so bad that the pieces were falling out, and it was already half built. Obviously, someone else's return. So we opted to drive an hour to the store to exchange it. Some what simple exchange. When we got home, the front grease trap facia was all dented and bent. Needless to say I wouldn't buy a grill or griddle from Sam's again. Horrible experience and lack luster customer service for such a hassle.

I have really enjoyed this new grill for my deck. I think it is a vast improvement to my previous grill. As you can see from my photos, I can cook a variety of different meals on the griddle and food no longer falls through the grate anymore. I have even done a Japanese Steak House style dinner on the grill frying up rice, shrimp, steak, vegetables. The grill is relatively easy to clean up and maintain too. It takes a little more effort at the end of cooking to clean, but it is simple and worthwhile. The grill cover tends not to want to stay on well during stormy weather and water tends to puddle in the center of the grill cover because of the flat surface, but I have plans to fix those issues myself.

I want to love this griddle but it takes many attempts to start the thing up most times. I thought the rain cover was meant to keep out rain like it says in the description, but after a good rain last week, I took a peek under the cover and the grill top was flooded. Griddle is going to rust very quickly. Hope I can return.
