Nice Griddle
I have only had this for 2 days and have cooked on it 4 times. Foods taste great. I gave it a 4 star because I have not had it long enough to give it 5. Was not to bad to put together. It is heavy at around 110 lbs but feels like more. Instructions were straight forward and if anything the pieces could have been marked with stickers to identify the pieces but all in all it was not confusing if you just checked them against the drawings. Everything fit well as it went together. Nice locking wheels so it don't roll around. The cover is nice but if I had to complain it would be that the cover could be longer so bottom shelf does not get all wet. This grill would get very hot on high settings and I cannot think of why you would want to cook with those temps plus I read that people were complaining that the griddle was warping. At those temps it probably will. All four burners on low heat give plenty of heat to cook with. I may have turned them a little above low. For the price this thing is a nice addition to outdoor cooking. And there is plenty of space to cook whatever you want. We are happy with it so far and if I feel the same about it in a couple of months I will bump the 4 starts to 5...Happy Grilling...
Problems with assembly and cover
I bought this griddle 2 weeks ago. Assembly instructions are straightforward. I have one issue with the Locking Casters. A standard thickness 5/8" wrench does not allow complete seating of the caster into the right front and rear legs. I had to purchase a thin wrench for this purpose. The manufacturer could have shipped the product with the casters attached, like they did with the left front and rear legs or supply a thin wrench for assembly. The cover comes off easily on a windy day, there should be straps or attachments to secure the cover. When it rains, water accumulates on the cover over the griddle surface because there is a lip on the entire perimeter of the griddle. The cover is not waterproof, so water seeps under the cover and sits on the griddle surface, I am concerned this might lead to rusting of the griddle surface in spite of seasoning as directed.
grease cup is way off
Putting the griddle together was quite simple. My husband and I did it pretty easy together. However I don’t want to use it now because the grease catcher to the cup is way off of the hole. It’s under the griddle and not under the hole. So now if we were to use it then the grease is going to go everywhere and not where it’s supposed to go. Now I dont know what to do with it.
Pretty good
Positives: fairly easy assembly, Cooks well, Maintains well so far, No complaints about cooking surface. Negatives: included cover is complete trash, Cover will not hold up in any kind of breeze, Look for something to cover it that is more durable and actually covers closer to the ground.

I've Been Converted to being a Griddle Fan
My husband has been wanting a griddle for years. I've always enjoyed a grill because of the grilled smoked taste. I finally purchased him the Member's Mark gas griddle. Well, let's just say I've been converted. The griddle has made the best tasting food. We've cooked bacon, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, vegetables, and more. Everything is delicious. It doesn't have a smoke flavor but it doesn't need it. The griddle cooks at such a high heat that everything is juicy and delicious because it seals the food. And since you cook everything together and the juices mix instead of dripping away like a grill, well you just haven't lived till you've tasted chicken that's been cooked in the grease from the bacon. The Member's Mark griddle is such a nice quality. We are very impressed with the construction and size of the griddle. This was a wonderful purchase!

I love this griddle, I purchased a Blackstone 17” griddle for my hubby’s birthday last month. I made steak and cheese for him and the family the first night and needless to say it’s mine now. Within 2 Days of cooking on that 17” griddle and the kids coming over everyday to eat was not enough. I had to get a bigger griddle. My husband found this 36” member mark griddle on line and ordered it. It took me less than an hour and half to set it up with little help from my husband. I just love, love, love this griddle. The side table gets extremely hot especially near the griddle (wish the shelves had a little more space between the grill). My scrapper was too close and it melted part of the plastic handle, still useable (lol). I will be placing a wooden cutting board on my shelves for that extra protection. The cover doesn’t cover the bottom shelf, water was on the bottom shelf after it had rained. (Ordered a xxl universal outdoor bbq grill cover from Walmart). Drip/grease hole is in the front of the griddle, the hole is a little small but it’s durable. The drip pan is large and it come with 3 tin inserts to catch the oil and extra drippings. Easy clean-up. No top for the griddle so I ordered a 36" Storage Cover Lid, also from Walmart. I will need the extra protection because my grill will be outside. For the griddle itself I purchased the 36” blackstone carrying bag for the griddle, I will be keeping my griddle in the bag when not in use (don’t want it to rust for any reason especially outside during rainy season). My husband usually does all of the grilling, he grill for our family - 5 grands, 6 grown kids, plus us 2. Well that’s a lot of cooking lol. When I got hold of his new grill, that was a wrap, I took the bigger grill leaving the smaller grill for camping ( he doesn’t mind, he’s a sweetheart, but I’m doing the grilling now, my NEW play toy) my biggest mistake is letting my son-in-law cook on it one time, now he says it’s his now!!!! He thinks he’s a pro. I stole it from my husband and my son-in-law stole it from me. Stolen twice
Wouldn't purchase again
To start off, i have been wanting a griddle grill for a long time. We bought this one online when it was $100 off. The first one we received the box was ripped half opened, so we sent it back for a replacement. We received the replacement a week later. The box for this one was half missing and pieced back together. When opening it, it was dented so bad that the pieces were falling out, and it was already half built. Obviously, someone else's return. So we opted to drive an hour to the store to exchange it. Some what simple exchange. When we got home, the front grease trap facia was all dented and bent. Needless to say I wouldn't buy a grill or griddle from Sam's again. Horrible experience and lack luster customer service for such a hassle.
Member's Mark 4-Burner Outdoor Gas Griddle
My son's bought this griddle for me for Father's Day (2019) last year. Very good purchase indeed. Several of my friends have purchased one as well and all are very pleased. I need to get a new cover as mine has faded but other than that, very pleased.
Good Addition to Outdoor Cooking
I purchased this griddle in June. The assembly is very easy, very versatile for cooking, and easy clean up. The cover is very thin and cheaply made. In the few months that I have had it, the cover has faded greatly. I would also recommend placing a tarp under the cover to keep water from seeping through.
Amazing Griddle
This product is awesome! Received it as an early Father's Day gift, and out it together immediately. Only issue I had was that a hole that required a screw wasn't stripped, so the screw couldn't be screwed in. Luckily, the other holes were perfect, so the support is stable and sturdy. Easy to clean up, and manage. Side tables with underneath shelf are great! We've done breakfast, lunch and dinner on it!
