Love, love, love this griddle. Easy to assemble but it's very heavy! Once I got it seasoned, it was ready for food. Food came out delicious! Would highly recommend!

The item is big and heavy duty. It is not difficult in terms of figuring out how to assemble. Yet the top gridle is rather heavy. It two persons to put it on. But once assembled, I can see myself using this for Mutiple years for big parties. It has a nice big cover for storage too. It is something nice to have for events, parties even just for atmosphere. Nothing brings people together like food with music. I already have a small BBQ, but I imaged have a big grilldle like the Japanese restaurant. Chef cook right before you. This allows me to have something similar to that experience. Can't wait to use it.

This griddle is amazing, it is not subpar to the bigger names. The quality is great, I hate not having a cover/lid but the storage/weather cover is great! This thing is sturdy! I also have the members mark pellet grill, honestly they knock it out of the park on their outdoor cooking equipment!

Enjoy using it, but starting to have the same problems as many other reviewers - the griddle top is warping. I bought a different griddle cover than the one it came with. The new griddle cover came with a plastic piece that sits on the griddle top and keeps the cover off the griddle top.

Putting the griddle together was quite simple. My husband and I did it pretty easy together. However I don’t want to use it now because the grease catcher to the cup is way off of the hole. It’s under the griddle and not under the hole. So now if we were to use it then the grease is going to go everywhere and not where it’s supposed to go. Now I dont know what to do with it.

I love my new griddle. It is large enough to cook several things at one time. I have fixed bacon, eggs and hibachi one it so far. Everyone was watching and amazed when I was cooking hibachi for my family. I would highly recommended this product and the price is great.

I bought this griddle 2 weeks ago. Assembly instructions are straightforward. I have one issue with the Locking Casters. A standard thickness 5/8" wrench does not allow complete seating of the caster into the right front and rear legs. I had to purchase a thin wrench for this purpose. The manufacturer could have shipped the product with the casters attached, like they did with the left front and rear legs or supply a thin wrench for assembly. The cover comes off easily on a windy day, there should be straps or attachments to secure the cover. When it rains, water accumulates on the cover over the griddle surface because there is a lip on the entire perimeter of the griddle. The cover is not waterproof, so water seeps under the cover and sits on the griddle surface, I am concerned this might lead to rusting of the griddle surface in spite of seasoning as directed.

Why would you ever make a griddle with holes almost impossible to access with a screwdriver and or drill?? Also why do the wheels not match up with the holes to screw them on instead they strip did I just get a bad one or is this a problem with all??

Getting grill lit is like a scientific experiment. Even following the specific pattern they recommend to light them it is random if it will light. Workable heated surface is about half of the grill surface and the grease trap location is extremely awkward. If I had the opportunity to return I probably would. I would not purchase again.

We purchased this after hearing a family member rave about it. We used it for the first time in late April and LOVED IT. Assembly was not too difficult, my spouse did it by himself. It seasoned nicely with olive oil and heats beautifully. But best of all? NO flames and charred, dried out burgers! Plus bacon cooked quickly, was nice and crisp. We cannot wait to do sliced up vegetables and other foods (pancakes, eggs, etc.). While the food may not have actual grill markings, the ease of the griddle and clean up really are a plus. so much the gas grill is going by the wayside.
