Excellent Price for this item. I have always used this product, and my family loves this stuff. tbh- I would try the Members Mark brand if I did not have to buy so much, just to toss it cause the family dislikes it. Would love to purchase a starter size to try. IS the Walmart brand the same stuff as Sams Members Mark?

I have used Charmin for decades with great satisfaction. This most recent purchase has been a great disappointment and I plan to reach out directly to the company, one package of 8 rolls has a defective tube that cannot be corrected. As a result, I cannot use them on the holder; having instead to just sit them on the counter.

It’s probably the best of the soft papers, rips off easily without pulling out the entire roll. Unfortunately, I refer to it as “Bowling Alley” toilet paper, it comes with free finger holes. That’s right, it will easily rip apart in higher stress areas! With all that said, I prefer the RED labeled ultra strong paper

We use Charmin Ultra Soft from other stores regularly. This purchase however was not of the quality we are used to. The roll is smaller. The cardboard spindles are misshapen and the tissues are much thinner (less ply) than before. The crenellated perf is suppose to make tearing a sheet easier but it mostly rips unevenly. This is a far substandard version of Charmin. Unless things change, we will go back to buying elsewhere.

The paper iself is wonderful Charmin. The tear has quality control issues. When it works it works. When it doesn't it doesn't. There are stretches in every roll that won't tear because the paper isn't scored. More frequent stretches in every row that have weak scoring, causing waste due to poor tearing. If my business was toilet paper I'd make sure any great innovation was actually consistently great before I retooled and spent marketing dollars. I have never in my life considered leaving a toilet paper review until this product rolled out.

I got this a few weeks ago and the new "Teath" preparation tair points don't work you'll end up with 1/4-3/4, 1/2 splits and more and they'll continue from on to another if a second thought. That seem to wast so much more than required as customers don't care so to just toss it but an 7 rolls per month to 13 rolls to month with this new pack is crazy!!! What was wrong with the squares? Never had an customer complaint of this much use spike if this continues the old 2 ply flats seem cost worthy for time feeling complaints to cost. So sad this band has gone beyond less than basic wants.

I've been buying Charmin for as long as I can remember and I must say that the quality and amount of "MEGA" rolls has declined considerably. I also don't care for the new easy tear feature for I find it wastes more and it has lost its' strength as well. I'm no longer going to purchase your product. Good luck in the future.

Charmin ultra soft is always a quality product and consistently one of the softest toilet papers there is. With that being said depending on where you are purchasing it from it is often the most expensive as well. If you're looking for one that is still soft but strong and don't mind the higher price tag I would recommend Charmin.

I love the soft feel on my bottom. The texture of this toilet paper really cleans well while ensuring there is no chaffing or dry skin, the softness keeps my skin feeling soft and luxurious. There is so much paper on each roll that I usually buy the pack of 6 mega rolls and it lasts me two months in my household.

Soft on your bum and durable for the business that it needs to do. Half of my family loves this the other half doesn't because they say that when they go to the bathroom, this toilet paper leaves behind little cotton trails when they do number two. Personally, I haven't noticed it, but I do live in a divided house when it comes to this toilet paper. In my opinion, it is soft durable and serves the purpose, but sharing the experience that my household has had.
