Charmin Ultra Soft lives up to its name—it's incredibly gentle and cushiony, making every use feel luxurious. The rolls last a long time, and the quality is consistently top-notch. It’s strong yet soft, and never irritating. Definitely worth the price for the comfort and reliability. Highly recommend!

I regard Charmin Ultra Extra Soft as a truly fine product. I'll mention that, while the new wavy tearing is great, so was the older straight cut tearing. I recommend that Charmin be used in conjunction with a good wet wipe product, like Tucks. I wish Sam's had not ceased to supply Tucks.

Happy with my toilet paper but just confused on why Sam’s wants me to do a review on EVERY purchase I make there. Gee, the paper wipes perfectly and plays well with the kids in the pool as it goes down the drain. And by the way, you definitely do not want me to submit a photo as encouraged.

I immediately noticed that the rolls were more narrow than the last time I purchased Charmin Ultra Soft, and sure enough they shaved 1/2" off. I'm really tired of manufacturers messing with the quality so they can keep the same price.

This was no deal compared to another warehouse club selling the same product. Your Charmin TP dimensions are 231 sheets per roll measuring 3.92x4 inches for a total of 804 square feet over 32 rolls. Your competitor dimensions are 4.5 x 4.2 inches for a total of 835 feet over 30 rolls. It's notably narrower when mounted on a toilet roll holder as well.

Compared this Charmin to my last purchase and was shocked that it was an inch shorter in width and a smaller roll than my last purchase of Charmin, same price but much smaller rolls. What a rip off! Lost this buyer.

I’ve been buying this TP for months and the rolls in this latest package I bought is way narrower! Has anyone else noticed this toilet paper has become narrower?! I compared a roll from this newest package to a roll I still had left from a package I bought several months ago and these new rolls are 1” narrower!! I hate it when companies think we’re stupid and won’t notice when they start making their products smaller

Shorter rolls (width), crushed centers (inside tubes) even though outer packaging looked fine, expensive compared to anywhere. Only offered it seems to drive sales to store brand.

The cardboard core has become so thin that the roll deforms and won't turn smoothly over the roller. And the roll itself is so narrow compared to earlier products that they should be ashamed.

Giving one star to all of this order due to customer service treatment . Three phone calls placed on hold during two of the calls. I was asked for my phone number both calls in case of being disconnected. After being placed on hold both calls disconnected and I was never called back. My order was originally charged a big shipping fee even though the order was being shipped to myself. I was told because I have 10 addresses in my address book. That makes zero sense. I have a huge family college kids move they get married so addresses change. I remove their old address. The third call I made was answered by a man who said his name was Kent. At the start of our conversation I asked him why they are required to ask for my phone number in case of being disconnected? When they never call back if the call is disconnected. He assured me he would call me if we were disconnected. I told him to write a complaint as to what happened to the other two calls. What’s interesting is if I had said to deliver the items and not ship any there would be no shipping charges. I knew that yet not any of Sam’s Club employees suggested that. Kent did his best to correct the shipping charges. My membership expires in November and I will need to think about whether or not not I will renew it. The shipping charges changed multiple of different amount every time I entered the items in my cart. It’s not enough I now have to spend $50 per family member of 4 children their spouses 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren plus siblings Sam’s Club wants to charge me for shipping to myself when it’s over $50
