For years I lived at houses with Septic systems, so I used Scott's and I would look forward to the day when I didn't. Well, Charming has been getting consistently cheaper and this last batch reminds of Scott Tissue. Do better Charmin

Charmin ultra soft I have a hate love relationship. It’s still over $31 and they’ve cut the amount on the roll -again. It still doesn’t tear well all the time. I go back and forth between Charmin and northern quilted ultra plush. Quilted is really close and $26 - I may change all to together

I’ll admit it: I used to avoid Charmin like the plague. My family has rental properties built in the 80s, and the running joke was always that Charmin was the pipe killer. So for years I stuck with thinner, “safe” toilet paper. Then I tried Charmin Ultra Soft—and wow. I get it now. It’s soft without shredding, strong without feeling industrial, and the crazy thing is you actually use less. That means fewer sheets, fewer rolls, and in the long run, less strain on both your wallet and your plumbing. I’ve been converted. Charmin Ultra Soft is the kind of TP that spoils you for the cheap stuff. Once you use it, you can’t go back. Consider me a toilet paper snob now—and honestly? I’m fine with that.

Charmin is absolutely the softest of all brands. I’ve tried them all and always come back the Charmin. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because this time the cardboard rolls were so smashed in the package I couldn’t get the paper to unroll smoothly.

Giving one star to all of this order due to customer service treatment . Three phone calls placed on hold during two of the calls. I was asked for my phone number both calls in case of being disconnected. After being placed on hold both calls disconnected and I was never called back. My order was originally charged a big shipping fee even though the order was being shipped to myself. I was told because I have 10 addresses in my address book. That makes zero sense. I have a huge family college kids move they get married so addresses change. I remove their old address. The third call I made was answered by a man who said his name was Kent. At the start of our conversation I asked him why they are required to ask for my phone number in case of being disconnected? When they never call back if the call is disconnected. He assured me he would call me if we were disconnected. I told him to write a complaint as to what happened to the other two calls. What’s interesting is if I had said to deliver the items and not ship any there would be no shipping charges. I knew that yet not any of Sam’s Club employees suggested that. Kent did his best to correct the shipping charges. My membership expires in November and I will need to think about whether or not not I will renew it. The shipping charges changed multiple of different amount every time I entered the items in my cart. It’s not enough I now have to spend $50 per family member of 4 children their spouses 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren plus siblings Sam’s Club wants to charge me for shipping to myself when it’s over $50

rolls are not very big and it is not a good value since its gone in no time at my house.

My granddaughter asked her mother to buy the same type paper I buy because its so soft and a poof comes out when you unroll it.

This Charmin ultra soft is shorter than a normal bath tissue, inside wrapper is so cheap maybe i will return it because it is short.

Same number of rolls, but the rolls are not as wide. And it was $31 so no change in price other than maybe being higher.

Although the toilet paper is fantastic, compared to other similarly priced toilet paper at Sam’s it has much fewer roles.
