This is one of the most intelligent vacuums/mop perfect for a busy homeowner, mother, or father with kids and pets. It not only vacuums with precise but even sonic mops. It comes with an app that you download on your phone to program your Shark. Believe me when I say it's really easy to do, the app does all the work for you. You just just a button and off your Shark goes to give you hours of downtime to do more important things than mopping and vacuuming. It can go from flat carpet to shag carpet to wood floors to tile with no worries. It's so easy to program and the instructions are so simple to understand which makes it fun to work with. You even get to name yourself Shark. We named ours Baby Shark our kids love it. You can spot clean or clean the whole house including mopping where needed. Your Shark will make a map of your house and when it is complete will alarm your phone to show you the map and let you design no-go areas and what you want to be done in which room. It can vacuum the carpet and switch to wood floors to sweep or mop. It has great suction you can see the carpet where the Shark vacuumed over it. it even dumps itself into the base and once full alarms your app on your phone to let you know to empty it. It's been such a Godsend. It's anyone's dream to own something useful and helpful. I definitely recommend you try this awesome product it's the perfect housemate.

It works impressively well on carpet and works even better on wood/tile floors. It picks up pretty much all the dust (other than edges next to walls and corners, like any other robot vacuum) and it’s quite quiet. I haven’t tried the wet feature yet, but the vacuum function impressed me. I love that you can start and stop it from the app and the app also notifies you if any errors (so you can be in another room and know if it stops so you can reset it). I also like that I don’t have to empty it every time since it releases the dust into the dock. Would buy time and time again!

To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot vaccum does great job mapping the floor and vaccums both hard surfaces and carpet thoroughly and self empties afterwards. It has an attachment to mop the floor and comes with cleaning solution. The mop function works well and doesn't leave any streaks on the hard floor surfaces. The only issue with mopping is it sometimes goes on to the carpet based on how the carpet floor layout is in my house, but i quickly make sure to move it back to the hard surface. It is configured and scheduled via an app, which means you can have it clean while you are asleep or out and about, and it is much quieter than other robot vacuums I've owned in the past. Overall, it does a great job cleaning and I would definitly recommend it.

My husband purchased this baby shark for me cause i had back surgery and im very pleased. I had issues trying to understand how it worked because this is my first robot. I called the support team and they helped me so much to better understand it. Now, its a breeze to sweep our house. I have not mopped with it yet to say how well it does.

Let me start by saying that I have never really considered getting a robot vacuum, let alone one that also had a mop cleaner. I know many folks who have them, absolutely love them, but then you hear of the nightmares that can happen when you have pets. We have two cats. Cats that like to engulf their food and puke it up at any given moment. Yeah, so that has been my hesitation with these types of vacuums. That being said, when I found out I would be receiving the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot, I immediately started doing some research and then started to get excited! I quickly discovered that I can opt to set it to only run on demand and only to run in certain areas. Meaning, I do not have to set to any kind of schedule for it, rather can turn it on to run after I have walked around and made sure that the cats have not thrown up anywhere. I cringe to think of the smeared mess that might otherwise occur! The setup was easy and hassle free. I do recommend thinking carefully where you are going to put the docking station. If you move it after it maps your home, it then has to remap everything. It’s not too time consuming to complete this, but figured it might be worth mentioning. Wanting to avoid having it docked in a common living space in my home was also very important to me, so I was pleased that I could discreetly tuck the docking station and vacuum in my carpeted home office. For years, I have always vacuumed the main living areas of the house every morning, so now I just have to check the house and then let this wonderful little device do its thing! I must say, it's been a game-changer for my household. This smart device has significantly reduced my cleaning efforts and made the daily task of maintaining a tidy home effortless. The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot vacuums carpeted rooms, tile, area rugs and hardwood floors very throughly and can easily handle the transitions between the rooms smoothly. The vacuum function efficiently navigates around furniture and corners, capturing dust, pet hair, litter and anything else it might encounter in a single pass. The mop feature adds an extra layer of convenience, leaving my floors sparkling clean, which is quite important to me. Shark’s app allows for easy scheduling and control. Using the mapped layout of the house (or bottom floor of my home), I just indicate which rooms I want it to clean, the level of cleanliness (Eco, Normal or Max) and it gets to work. I have found that it does deeper cleaning than my Dyson V8 stick vacuum does and is in line with my Oreck, which, I really do not like to have to drag out to use. The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot has a great little rotating brush that helps to get into the corners and along baseboards. Overall, performance and time-saving capabilities have made it an invaluable addition to my home. It saves me about thirty minutes every morning. Granted, it runs for close to two hours, but as long as I’m not having to do any work, then I’m not inconvenienced in the least. When you are rushing to get out of the house, thirty minutes is a big deal! If you're looking to simplify your cleaning routine, I highly recommend the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I get why people say they cannot live without these wonderful devices!
