This is one of the most intelligent vacuums/mop perfect for a busy homeowner, mother, or father with kids and pets. It not only vacuums with precise but even sonic mops. It comes with an app that you download on your phone to program your Shark. Believe me when I say it's really easy to do, the app does all the work for you. You just just a button and off your Shark goes to give you hours of downtime to do more important things than mopping and vacuuming. It can go from flat carpet to shag carpet to wood floors to tile with no worries. It's so easy to program and the instructions are so simple to understand which makes it fun to work with. You even get to name yourself Shark. We named ours Baby Shark our kids love it. You can spot clean or clean the whole house including mopping where needed. Your Shark will make a map of your house and when it is complete will alarm your phone to show you the map and let you design no-go areas and what you want to be done in which room. It can vacuum the carpet and switch to wood floors to sweep or mop. It has great suction you can see the carpet where the Shark vacuumed over it. it even dumps itself into the base and once full alarms your app on your phone to let you know to empty it. It's been such a Godsend. It's anyone's dream to own something useful and helpful. I definitely recommend you try this awesome product it's the perfect housemate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love this 2 in 1. There are pros and cons but the simplicity and convenience alone outweigh the cons. To start, the packaging was simple and well done. It wasn’t hard to get everything out, no styrofoam covering the room, and very few pieces to manage. Setup took 5 minutes! Plug in the base, set the dock, attach the little side brush and dock the vacuum. The app is easy to use with a friendly UI and took no time at all connecting the vacuum to Wi-Fi. I really love the mapping feature. It takes a bit to set up to map your home and it’s not good with smaller objects, so just be sure to clear the floor of any toddler leftovers first! You can schedule cleanings, tell it when and where to vacuum and you can mark out carpeted areas for it to avoid when mopping. I have many toddlers and 2 cats, and this vacuum is a dream! It cuts down on daily sweeping on my tile and keeps the floors in the bedrooms clean and tidy, just be mindful of legos! The biggest draw back is swapping out the dust bin for the mop bucket, and clearing the water afterwards. You have to reset the device each time you decide to switch between mopping and vacuuming. I mostly just leave it to the vacuum for convenience sake, but on deep clean days, being able to have it mop a specified area (like the kitchen) after I move onto a different area makes it convenient! I would highly recommend this as a vacuum alone but despite some of the drawbacks of the mopping, it’s well worth the buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always dreamt of trying out a robotic vacuum, but my fiancé was skeptical, thinking it wouldn't be effective and would be a waste of money. Boy was he wrong. Imagine my excitement when I was chosen to test this. Not only does it vacuum, but it mops too! Assembling the unit was a breeze, with just a few pieces to put together. To be honest, removing the protective plastic and stickers took more time than assembly. The process of downloading the app and pairing the unit was straightforward, and it provided clear step-by-step instructions along with troubleshooting assistance if any issues arose. They even allow you to name your new robot. So cute. I did have to map my home twice to ensure an accurate cleaning area. During the initial run, the vacuum got stuck in a few spots and missed a small area. However, once the complete scan of my home was achieved, it became incredibly convenient. I can program it to clean the entire house or focus on specific rooms since I have them mapped. The app even allowed me to select the cleaning intensity. You can also place the unit in a particular area and use it for spot cleaning purposes. Emptying the bin and cleaning the filters are a simple process. And though I haven't used it myself,  you can pair your vacuum with Alexa or Google devices to use the voice control features. It truly is such a time-saver. I definitely recommend you purchase this if you're looking for a new vacuum or wish to upgrade your current vacuum.

To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot vaccum does great job mapping the floor and vaccums both hard surfaces and carpet thoroughly and self empties afterwards. It has an attachment to mop the floor and comes with cleaning solution. The mop function works well and doesn't leave any streaks on the hard floor surfaces. The only issue with mopping is it sometimes goes on to the carpet based on how the carpet floor layout is in my house, but i quickly make sure to move it back to the hard surface. It is configured and scheduled via an app, which means you can have it clean while you are asleep or out and about, and it is much quieter than other robot vacuums I've owned in the past. Overall, it does a great job cleaning and I would definitly recommend it.

The app is super easy to use and convenient, so I don’t even have to be home to start the machine up. The unique part about this one is that it’s also able to mop the floors. And it has a setting to communicate to the machine what areas not to go to, so it doesn’t try to mop my carpet. It’s low enough that it’s able to fit under the bed and the couch, which helps clean harder to reach spaces. The only issue is that it will try to eat anything that’s on the floor, like straps or wires, so be sure to pick everything small up so it won’t get stuck.

It is super convenient to be able to send it out to clean when you are not home and not have to do any work besides emptying the trash bin. It is very easy to empty. However, for the mopping function, I found it very hard to use. The general setup of the vacuum was fairly simple until it came to setting up the mopping off limit areas. For the price of this vacuum, I think it should be easier than it is. I tried 3 different times to set the limits and it never worked. It also claims to have an anti hair roller so that the hair doesn’t get caught in the vacuum. I have been using it for about 2 months and I’ve had to cut out loads of hair 3 times. This would happen to a regular vacuum as well, but because this product says that it avoids this, it is annoying that it doesn’t. Overall, it is a good product, but I do not think it is worth the price. I think it would be better to buy an expensive hand held vacuum and deal with having to be the one to run it and use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been impressed with the performance of this vacuum. Through the app you are able to scan the home and specify the area that you want to be vacuumed, as well as program it to start on certain dates/times. The vacuum starts on its own on the specified dates, and once done, it goes back to its charging station. It’s also self emptying the vacuum also has a mopping pad and reservoir for mopping.

I love knowing I can “set it and forget it” while I work- who wouldn’t want to have their floors vacuumed or mopped without having to do it themselves? The Matrix Clean function is great for more concentrated effort in areas. The app is very easy to use- the only part that needs a little refinement is how to perfectly calibrate the Robot Vacuum for the mopping functionaility. As far as the vacuuming, I was really impressed at what this little machine could handle. Don’t expect it to pick up fuzz that is super embedded into a carpeted area, but it will certainly take care of the rest! My dogs have gotten used to the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot.(despite the video I posted), my kids love to see it in action, and I love the satisfaction of emptying the dust canister when it’s finished!
