It comes with everything you need including the dock, landing mat, robot, mopping pad, multi-surface floor cleaner, and more! The best part about the the Shark is the SharkClean app. The app maps your house and allows you to send your Shark to any immediate needs or keep it from no-go zones. It maps carpet zonesy and spot cleaning so your floors are cleaned according to the design of your house. The apps keeps you current with your Shark and provides you with location and current charge level. I am very happy with our Shark Matrix, it does a wonderful job cleaning our tiles floors and carpeted rooms.

The mapping works well and the mopping feature is average( though most of the robotic mops are average).great for the price point and seems to last a long time with a charge. Would recommend.

The setup was simple & it is convenient to be able to download an app on my phone to operate it. It has a self-emptying station, & the dust bin typically only needs changing every 30 days. Totally love this product & would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of this vacuum is great and I can’t complain. Does a great job with cleaning and makes it so I only have to do minor things? It is very quiet and easy to set up. I have it clean while I am sleeping and it doesn’t bother me at all. Also the ease to use the app to run it makes it easy to clean when I’m not home. Can do both dry and wet cleaning to keep the floors looking very clean.

I run it daily and it keeps my carpets and laminate free of dog hair. It is quiet and yet powerful. It also has a mop function that works wonders. The app is easy to use and set up was simple. I also have a dog and it picked up every hair! However, the mop function was not as good. The cleaner it came with was also not my favorite. Other than that, I do recommend it because the vacuum itself was a 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved testing and I am still currently using the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I love knowing I can “set it and forget it” while I work- who wouldn’t want to have their floors vacuumed or mopped without having to do it themselves? The Matrix Clean function is great for more concentrated effort in areas. The app is very easy to use- the only part that needs a little refinement is how to perfectly calibrate the Robot Vacuum for the mopping functionaility. As far as the vacuuming, I was really impressed at what this little machine could handle. Don’t expect it to pick up fuzz that is super embedded into a carpeted area, but it will certainly take care of the rest! My dogs have gotten used to the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot.(despite the video I posted), my kids love to see it in action, and I love the satisfaction of emptying the dust canister when it’s finished!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was absolutely incredible to try out! I have not a single complaint about this product very durable and cleans up so nicely! It mops squeaky clean! The only downfall and negative review I’d have to say about this product is corners it’s horrible with corners other than that this thing is so convenient and worth every penny!!

Here are the negatives. It's loud. The app is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You can't see the vacuum progress in the app. There are literally no instructions or manual or any kind. This model doesn't even show up on Shark's website. Gets lost sometimes and can't find it's way back to the dock. And this is just say 2 after purchase.
