NOT WORTH THE PRICE

I had a good automatic shark robot. It developed an issue under warranty. They sent me this matrix as a replacement. I HATE it! Big thing on top prevents it from fitting under my furniture whereas other one glided right under. It doesn't clean as well either. Side Brush sticks out to far and flips rugs up so vacuum then gets hung up. Company should have fixed my other model abd sent it back to me as it was way better. I've had 3 robot sharks over the years and this is only one I have ever not liked. Terrible design!!

Mapped multiple times (horrible mapping) got stuck on nothing 😑 not sucking nor mopping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and shark for allowing me to receive the shark Matrix for my honest review and I honestly don’t know how I have done without one it is a powerful vacuum that saves you time and money no more bags I spend my time not vacuuming and doing other things while it does all the dirty work. To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

It is super convenient to be able to send it out to clean when you are not home and not have to do any work besides emptying the trash bin. It is very easy to empty. However, for the mopping function, I found it very hard to use. The general setup of the vacuum was fairly simple until it came to setting up the mopping off limit areas. For the price of this vacuum, I think it should be easier than it is. I tried 3 different times to set the limits and it never worked. It also claims to have an anti hair roller so that the hair doesn’t get caught in the vacuum. I have been using it for about 2 months and I’ve had to cut out loads of hair 3 times. This would happen to a regular vacuum as well, but because this product says that it avoids this, it is annoying that it doesn’t. Overall, it is a good product, but I do not think it is worth the price. I think it would be better to buy an expensive hand held vacuum and deal with having to be the one to run it and use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been impressed with the performance of this vacuum. Through the app you are able to scan the home and specify the area that you want to be vacuumed, as well as program it to start on certain dates/times. The vacuum starts on its own on the specified dates, and once done, it goes back to its charging station. It’s also self emptying the vacuum also has a mopping pad and reservoir for mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is awesome!!! It picks up so much dirt and dog hair off of my hardwood floor that I was constantly sweeping up and missing. It leaves lines in my carpet and gets everything. It has great suction. You can choose from three different settings on the 2 in 1 mop part and just the normal vacuum part as well. The cleaner for the mop smells really good and isn’t over powering at all. You are able to go in the app and block off rooms and spots, and set where you have carpet so it doesn’t get mopped. I have it set on a schedule everyday so by the time I come home my floors are nice and clean. You can pick a certain room you want cleaned, a certain spot, or the whole house. Definitely worth the buy and the price isn’t bad at all for how great it is.
