Do waste your money

I bought this in November. I read the reviews and thought it would be great. I should have returned it right away. It took three tries to map our floor plan and still didn't get it right. I finally gave up and went with the last one. It is very loud and can only be used when we are either not home or not watching TV. It can not seem to find the roooms that I select for cleaning. It will go all over the house and then come back to the dock without even going in the room selected. On some occassions, it makes it to the room, does one pass around the edges and then returns to the dock. I feel like I have to babysit it more than a child. It is making more work, by having to supervise it. If I hadn't thrown the box away to get ready for Christmas deocrating, I would return it.

Little to no documentation on unit operation

Bought this model a few days ago to replace our 5 year old model that is moving to our second floor. It is too early to truly assess the unit's performance. The two star initial review is based on the absence of documentation. There is very little in the box and the Shark site is useless. Regardless of which model reference I put in (UR2450WS or UR24503DUS), I end up with the owner manual for the RV2400WD. This manual does not even list this model as one it applies to. It also references a dry vacuum bin and a mopping bin. This model only has one bin for both. I tried customer service with no luck. I even tried the FB page. While I did get a response, it provided me a link that took me to the same area I was in that lead me to the RV2400WD documents.

No replacement mops

The version being sold by Sam's Club appears to be discontinued and doesn't have any mop pads that fit.

Matrix

We bought one and it worked well until one day we noticed that it didn't matrix clean rooms any longer. After spending 45 minutes on the 'phone with theShark people, we learned that it no longer matrix cleans rooms, only 5'x5' areas!

Overpriced, not worth it!

Only have had a couple of months and it keeps giving me error message that bin needs to be emptied (IT'S EMPTY). Error 9, error 9, error 9 This thing is not worth a penny! I'm looking to return it.

Worst shark ever

I had a good automatic shark robot. It developed an issue under warranty. They sent me this matrix as a replacement. I HATE it! Big thing on top prevents it from fitting under my furniture whereas other one glided right under. It doesn't clean as well either. Side Brush sticks out to far and flips rugs up so vacuum then gets hung up. Company should have fixed my other model abd sent it back to me as it was way better. I've had 3 robot sharks over the years and this is only one I have ever not liked. Terrible design!!
