Good enough so you dont have to do as much vacuuming and mopping. It still misses some spots on the edges.

This was a gift and the receivers have been delighted with it. I may buy one for myself since they said it was so great.

Let me start by saying that I have never really considered getting a robot vacuum, let alone one that also had a mop cleaner. I know many folks who have them, absolutely love them, but then you hear of the nightmares that can happen when you have pets. We have two cats. Cats that like to engulf their food and puke it up at any given moment. Yeah, so that has been my hesitation with these types of vacuums. That being said, when I found out I would be receiving the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot, I immediately started doing some research and then started to get excited! I quickly discovered that I can opt to set it to only run on demand and only to run in certain areas. Meaning, I do not have to set to any kind of schedule for it, rather can turn it on to run after I have walked around and made sure that the cats have not thrown up anywhere. I cringe to think of the smeared mess that might otherwise occur! The setup was easy and hassle free. I do recommend thinking carefully where you are going to put the docking station. If you move it after it maps your home, it then has to remap everything. It’s not too time consuming to complete this, but figured it might be worth mentioning. Wanting to avoid having it docked in a common living space in my home was also very important to me, so I was pleased that I could discreetly tuck the docking station and vacuum in my carpeted home office. For years, I have always vacuumed the main living areas of the house every morning, so now I just have to check the house and then let this wonderful little device do its thing! I must say, it's been a game-changer for my household. This smart device has significantly reduced my cleaning efforts and made the daily task of maintaining a tidy home effortless. The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot vacuums carpeted rooms, tile, area rugs and hardwood floors very throughly and can easily handle the transitions between the rooms smoothly. The vacuum function efficiently navigates around furniture and corners, capturing dust, pet hair, litter and anything else it might encounter in a single pass. The mop feature adds an extra layer of convenience, leaving my floors sparkling clean, which is quite important to me. Shark’s app allows for easy scheduling and control. Using the mapped layout of the house (or bottom floor of my home), I just indicate which rooms I want it to clean, the level of cleanliness (Eco, Normal or Max) and it gets to work. I have found that it does deeper cleaning than my Dyson V8 stick vacuum does and is in line with my Oreck, which, I really do not like to have to drag out to use. The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot has a great little rotating brush that helps to get into the corners and along baseboards. Overall, performance and time-saving capabilities have made it an invaluable addition to my home. It saves me about thirty minutes every morning. Granted, it runs for close to two hours, but as long as I’m not having to do any work, then I’m not inconvenienced in the least. When you are rushing to get out of the house, thirty minutes is a big deal! If you're looking to simplify your cleaning routine, I highly recommend the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I get why people say they cannot live without these wonderful devices!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot vacuum was a little tricky to get set up/connected. But, once we figured it out, it has worked great! We love that we can run it via the app while we are running errands! I got this free via Influenster.

Here are the negatives. It's loud. The app is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You can't see the vacuum progress in the app. There are literally no instructions or manual or any kind. This model doesn't even show up on Shark's website. Gets lost sometimes and can't find it's way back to the dock. And this is just say 2 after purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark Matrix vacuum. It’s easy to set up, and cleans very well! I have a few robot vacuums and this one compares to the best of the best! A few cons of this product is the mapping of your house and when trying to have the vacuum leave out a space - it still seems to enter the blocked off area. Otherwise, I love it!

My husband purchased this baby shark for me cause i had back surgery and im very pleased. I had issues trying to understand how it worked because this is my first robot. I called the support team and they helped me so much to better understand it. Now, its a breeze to sweep our house. I have not mopped with it yet to say how well it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this robot vacuum! I am very impressed at how well it cleans. It cleans my carpets and hard floors very well. When the robot vac gets full it will go back home to empty and then continue cleaning. It’s very convenient. When you download the app you can set it up to map the house, create no-go zones, spot clean and set a schedule. As far as the mop attachment goes, it is a bit of a hassle to use at first. But once you set up the mop areas on the app it does get easier. I mainly use the mop part in the kitchen. It mops the floors pretty good. My favorite features of the robot vacuum are the self emptying dock, self cleaning brush roll and powerful suction on carpet and hard floors.

It mops squeaky clean! The only downfall and negative review I’d have to say about this product is corners it’s horrible with corners other than that this thing is so convenient and worth every penny!!

I had already been considering purchasing a robot vacuum for a few months, but I just wasn’t sure which options I would need and which brand would be the best and which one would be user friendly. Thankfully with Shark brand, you get all of the above. Every perk and option plus it’s user friendly. Does a fabulous job! The setup was so easy and within minutes it was performing the mapping function. My favorite option is the “spot clean” option. I dropped a box of donuts in the kitchen and made a mess of crumbs all over the floor. I immediately picked up my phone (which is linked to the robot vacuum), I chose the spot to clean and I went back to the couch haha. Love it! Highly recommend!
