Not compatible with 5GHZ network connection??

I was excited to have purchased this Vacuum on sale, Until I have to connect it to my wifi. Vacuum doesn't recognize my 5GHz network connection (not compatible??).

The Shark vacuum models with Wi-Fi connectivity are designed to work with 2.4 GHz networks only, so they won’t recognize a 5 GHz connection. If your router offers both frequencies, you’ll need to connect to the 2.4 GHz band to complete the setup. Works when it wants too

We have had this for awhile, but it never quite worked correctly. I finally sat down and reset and deleted it and re-added it to the app. It worked for maybe 2 weeks, but all of a sudden it says that the brush roll is stuck. I have taken the brush roll out many of times and cleaned it, even resorting to using canned air to get all the little particles and still nothing. Its absolutely ridiculous. We will be returning it.

Disappointing Over Priced JUNK

I feel misled and robbed by Shark and Sams. We have mapped it several times. It mops my area rug but not the hard floor around it. Some days it only mops the kitchen. I really hate the fact you have to change the head to mop. I wanted a self sufficient machine. This is not what I got. I have to clean the self cleaning brush of pet hair several times per week. It leaves hair clumps from my Golden Retriever here and there. I can get my regular shark out after it vacuums my house and fill the tank from my living room area rug it barely make a pass over. It also chases my kids down or myself and It hurts. It does not vacuum under any of my furniture not even my dining table. Vacuums up to it spins and leaves the room. Buy a rumba or just save your money and use a shark corded vacuum. I vacuum my house myself % days or more a week after the shark is done and docked itself. Once it vacuums my modest size home, it doesn't have enough battery to mop and by the time it is charged to mop, I have to use the old fashioned shark. Worst $500 I ever spent. I think Sams need to take it back or Shark needs to fix this crazy thing. I am buying all my adult children a different brand for Christmas. I love past Shark products .Now I will never buy anything with the Shark name on it. Your engineers dropped the ball on this one

Save your Money

When works takes longer to make it run than mopping and vacuuming combined. Was able to map and vacuum ONCE since then it will no longer charge or dock with the vacuum attachment on. Mopping has been horrible after setting up the carpet zones it still travels on them and mops. Constantly gets stuck in area where there is no reason for it. Wish I had purchased the model above it as this one is junk.

ive had this vacuum a few weeks and it is trash. the self emptying feature on the base turns on randomly when the vacuum is no where near it and runs until i unplug it. it should only be turning on when the vacuum is being emptied. now the vacuum isnt charging despite the vacuum putting itself back on the base to charge after cleaning. several times it hasnt charged priperly and the self cleaning feature frequently goes off when it shouldnt. i havent even had it long enough to empty it yet.
