I am usually a huge shark fan, but this product is terrible. i bought it at sam's and brought it home and it did not work and I could not get it connected to my network. i contacted customer support in the send me a new one. here we are, 11 months later, and this one is no longer working. when I call customer support, they said, my warranty is over and I would have to buy a new one. i think it's terrible customer service in this product is horrible. DO MOT BUY

We have had this for awhile, but it never quite worked correctly. I finally sat down and reset and deleted it and re-added it to the app. It worked for maybe 2 weeks, but all of a sudden it says that the brush roll is stuck. I have taken the brush roll out many of times and cleaned it, even resorting to using canned air to get all the little particles and still nothing. Its absolutely ridiculous. We will be returning it.

Both the vacuum and mop features work great. The app could use more features to operate the vacuum, like indicators for dumping the collection bi and more cleaning functions. My biggest complaint would be trying to find which model i actually have for replacement parts. There are dozens of similar models and it's difficult to know which parts work for mine - WS, WR, UR, RV, LBUS, 2400, 2450, etc. My robot, box and paperwork all seem to have different coding.

I feel misled and robbed by Shark and Sams. We have mapped it several times. It mops my area rug but not the hard floor around it. Some days it only mops the kitchen. I really hate the fact you have to change the head to mop. I wanted a self sufficient machine. This is not what I got. I have to clean the self cleaning brush of pet hair several times per week. It leaves hair clumps from my Golden Retriever here and there. I can get my regular shark out after it vacuums my house and fill the tank from my living room area rug it barely make a pass over. It also chases my kids down or myself and It hurts. It does not vacuum under any of my furniture not even my dining table. Vacuums up to it spins and leaves the room. Buy a rumba or just save your money and use a shark corded vacuum. I vacuum my house myself % days or more a week after the shark is done and docked itself. Once it vacuums my modest size home, it doesn't have enough battery to mop and by the time it is charged to mop, I have to use the old fashioned shark. Worst $500 I ever spent. I think Sams need to take it back or Shark needs to fix this crazy thing. I am buying all my adult children a different brand for Christmas. I love past Shark products .Now I will never buy anything with the Shark name on it. Your engineers dropped the ball on this one

Works great and very quiet.

Thing is awesome still learning about the mopping mode but so far it is great very quiet until it empties. Got it on clearance even better.

Robot it louder than I expected but other than that it cleans great. The mopping solution does leave a sticky residue on my non carpeted surfaces.

Bought it and it refuses to stay connected to the wifi. Every 24 hours it will disconnect and then I have to go threw the whole process of reconnecting it again. Will be returning it.

Bought this as a Christmas present for someone only to find out this was a return open item previously used. It was the last one so I couldn’t exchange. This shouldn’t have been on the shelves.

Works good, but have troubles with pet hair. We need to intervene every time when it gets struck. during and after clean up, especially there is pet hair. I guess it’s fine for its price. I can’t compare it with other popular brands. Mops good thou. Other than this issue, so far so good.
